To beable to check in on time but that was due to short staffed and again James did everything he could to make our stay great!

llegamos el día 11 de julio y a las 11.30pm recibimos una nota que decía que cerrarían el agua desde las 12am hasta las 2am, sim embargo nos despertamos sin agua en la habitación y estuvimos así hasta las 4pm del día 12 de julio.

por otro lado estuvimos hospedados desde el dia 11 hasta el 18 y solo 1 dia le hicieron servicio a la habitación lo que me parece injusto ya que uno paga por hospedarse en un lugar limpio.

la piscina super sucia también.

no recomiendo para nada este hotel.

We had lots of ants in our rooms during the entire stay. They were going to spray our rooms but we were there to tell them not to. We never had any housekeeping even after asking. The air conditioning units were the small old type that took a while but finally did cool somewhat. The water stopped working the first night into the afternoon the next day so we couldn't flush the toilets, take a shower or even wash our hands during that period. Breakfast was like 6:30 to 10:30 but closed one morning by like 9:30. We never could figure out how to get the channels on the tvs so we never watched TV at all during our stay. Way too many negatives that shouldn't have been. We'll be looking elsewhere for our accommodations in the future.

Too small, our door was not tight you could see through it on the side, bottom and top. Carpet looked dirty. Also our friends had ants in their room.

It didn’t have a hair dryer.

There was ant in the room and one room was full of ant.

When I report they said it's normal

The actually property outside ,needs some more love and tlc. Pool area especially

Worst place I have ever stayed. No hot water. No internet. Cable worked sparsely. Pool was nasty - had not been cleaned or maintained in a while. Staff was barely at desk and when they walked near you they smelled like pot! Breakfast was nasty! This Sleep Inn gives the Choice family a very bad name. Never again!!!

The room we had was very small and there’s was to much furniture stuffed in it. Room 225 didn’t seem as big as the rest of the room. Made it a very cramped stay.

Smelled like wet dogs on the first floor

Sugar ants in one corner of the room, bed was awful, door handle was on backwards and took us forever to figure out how to get in the room, and breakfast consisted of hard biscuits and watered down pancake mix. Walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in the room next to you.

Ants in our beds, ants all over the room, they tried to blame us, even tho we had ants our first night . Said we had food in our room, we ate in our room and took out our trash every day except the day we left. The day we left we had shared beds with ants in it, the coffee table and couch had ants. Instead of making it right they blamed us. They knew they had an ant problem and I can handle that we knew to be careful with food but in our beds?!? We ended up having to get a new hotel and leaving early . Costing me an extra 200$ to find a new place last min.
