Pros:

I like almost everything specially the very helpful staff and location. I was very comfortable and even though the hotel is by the main road, it wasnt too noisy in my room.

That the breakfast and advertised late night food is not available.

Location is great, walkable distance to the Bund and very conveniently located near Starbucks and grocery stores.

Cons:

Room is equipped with just a small window (cannot open) which the hotel should describe more clearly at the booking page to manage expectations.
Breakfast restaurant is also small - hard to find seats at peak hours so that impact on the overall experience as well.

Aanrader, zeer goede locatie, superfijn hotel.
Pros:

De locatie was voor ons perfect, heel dichtbij eettentjes, loopafstand naar de rivier Bund, t.o. hotel 7 Eleven en een enig theehuis. Dichtbij metro lijn 2 en natuurlijk East Nanjing shopping street. Het hotel ligt een beetje verstopt maar is zeer netjes, aardig personeel spreekt niet veel Engels maar zeer behulpzaam. Mini loungehoekje, wasservice, ontbijt € 6,- pp en zeer uitgebreid. Hotelkamer zeer schoon met handige sensor lampjes bij het bed en in de badkamer voor de nacht. Elke dag schoonmaak en schone handdoeken. Bed ligt stevig (voor ons perfect) fijne hoofdkussens. En de douche is geweldig goed. En als topper uitchecktijd van 14:00 uur!

Hôtel super bien situé, à côté du Bund mais dans une rue calme et à 5 minutes à pied du métro (East Nanjing Road). Moderne, propre et très confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner,.café et eau à volonté et buanderie gratuite (très pratique en voyage)! Très bon choix pour un séjour au centre ville

It's great location, nice staff and facilities.
But overall great place and had a lovely time.

Cons:

The room windows are basically non-existent. Our room had a window, but it opened directly onto the wall of the next building, which was right up against it.
