Very very disappointing
Pros:

The location was great, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was passable. That is about it.

Cons:

I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for families. Despite the property's rating, the rooms were uncomfortably small and lacked basic comforts, making it feel more akin to a backpacker's hostel. I took a chance on staying here and was completely let down. I will certainly not be staying at an Atour property again in the future.

Wouldn't recommend unless close to the bund is your priority
Pros:

Location is perfect for visiting the bund and other parts of Shanghai. They keep the room nice and give plenty of water. The bed is comfortable.

Cons:

The room looks like it has had it's best time. Its small and gives the feeling it's not really fresh. Mostly wouldn't recommend because of the thin walls. We could hear the pling sound of the elevator arriving form inside. And although they offered to move us to another room we were not convinced that the walls wouldn't be the same. We could hear people talking, water running, doors slamming. Its a little more than the other commends let us to believe.

This hotel is just great for the location.

Pros:

Perfecte locatie om Shanghai te verkennen. Redelijke grootte van kamer.

Cons:

Zeer beperkte schoonmaak. Raam kijkt uit op een muur waardoor er geen natuurlijk daglicht in de kamer komt.

The staff and facilities were good

Cons:

The room was not ready when we reached the hotel at 2pm, we were asked to wait ,the room was given after 30 mins and the room was not airy and claustrophobic . They were interested in upgrading the extra payment The next day the room was changed after we complained about the room, the rooms with city facing were charged higher ,the standard rooms were all facing the ducts well

Precio calidad no corresponde

La ubicación y el desayuno

Cons:

La habitación muy chica!! Me dijeron q me hacían un upgrade de habitación y yo contenta acepto y cuando fuimos, me di cuenta q era la misma q había reservado, no se en que fue el upgrade! La entrada al hotel es por una callejon mal oliente y sucio. El personal si bien fue amable pero no hablan inglés.
