Pros:

Very nice hotel, wonderful view, great spa. The hotel is very close to the private beach and pool. The food was good, evening enetertainment for every taste, we had all we could wish for.

Pros:

Я бы сказал что этот отель лучше отелей которые стоят в два раза дороже. В отеле в принципе есть все, что необходимо. Рекомендую. Отличная программа аниматоров , ребята аниматоры молодцы , отлично справляются со своими обязанностями не дают скучать не взрослым не детям .

Cons:

Работа аниматоров . Дети были в восторге. Всем ребятам респект .

Trūko vaisių įvairovės,, dvi savaites tik obuoliai ,kriaušės ir apelsinai,kai yra braškių ir arbūzų sezonas.
Taip pat kelias per parką ,kad nueiti prie jūros yra užtvertas ,vyksta statybos...pliažo pašonėje ,kalne irgi yra vykdomi akmenų skaldimo darbai,girdimas ištisai triukšmas...

Отель просто великолепный! Остались только самые положительные эмоции от отдыха. Очень внимательный и доброжелательный персонал — начиная с ресепшн, где нас быстро заселили даже раньше положенного времени, хотя приехали мы заранее примерно на полтора часа. Всё подробно рассказали, показали и были очень приветливы на протяжении всего отдыха.
Номера очень чистые, уютные, с приятным свежим запахом. Уборка ежедневная и действительно качественная — чистота везде на высоком уровне. Отдельно хочется отметить атмосферу самого отеля: всё ухожено, комфортно и приятно находиться.
Питание очень разнообразное — всегда можно найти что-то вкусное на любой вкус. Алкоголь тоже приятно удивил, всё было достойного качества.
Спа-зона очень приятная, без заказа массажа бесплатно,отдыхать там — одно удовольствие.
Особенно хочется отметить соотношение цены и качества — для такого сервиса цена более чем достойная. Я не так часто оставляю отзывы, но здесь действительно захотелось сказать большое спасибо всему персоналу и руководству отеля за прекрасный отдых. С удовольствием вернёмся ещё!

Pros:

Everything was excellent except for the food quality. If a bit more attention were given to the quality of the meals — especially the soups — this would be a truly outstanding hotel with a great concept for a comfortable stay.

We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a fruit platter and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift when checking into the room, which was a very thoughtful and lovely gesture. Thank you.

The only downside was the food quality, especially the soups, which could definitely be improved.

Mycket bra hotell men inte 5-stjärnigt
Pros:

Mycket trevligt bemötande vid incheckningen. Marcus gör ett fantastiskt jobb för att få dig att känna dig som hemma. Bra mat. Trevligt poolområde och mycket gott kaffe! Personalen på stranden var mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad. Bra med shuttle även om vi inte använt den.

Cons:

Sängarna var alldeles för hårda för vår smak. Städningen ganska undermålig. Damm under sängen och badrummet inte heller i toppskick. Spriten håller inte ultra-all-inklusive standard. Väldigt låg procentig😉
