Las camas son demasiado duras, las habitaciones del primer piso tienen paredes y ventanas muy delgadas y se escucha todo el ruido de la entrada, no se siente privacidad

The late start for breakfast.
está a cinco cuadras de la Plaza Grande, el barrio es tranquilo por las noches para descansar bien, las habitaciones confortables (la mía fue con balcón), buena iluminación, buenas camas, espacioso, baño panorámico (para quien le agrade), varios negocios como cafeterías, restaurantes y tienda de abarrotes a una calle de distancia. El personal es muy amable, es un hotel con pocas pero hermosas habitaciones, patio interior, decoraciones preciosas.
Tiene un bar/restaurante en la tercera planta desde donde se puede apreciar el centro histórico, por las noches las luces de la ciudad y admirar la Virgen del Panecillo de Quito y la Basílica del Voto Nacional, puedes tomar muchas fotos
El horario del desayuno de 8 a 10 horas, generalmente los pasajeros salen de excursión y son recogidos muy temprano, tal vez la hora del desayuno se debiese ajustar desde las 6:30 am
Staff were friendly
1. The person preparing your breakfast is the same gentleman who cleans the hotel.
2. The breakfast is fixed amount, my wife asked for 3 boiled eggs, they are giving only two. That goes in everything. Still hungry, yop your breakfast outside the hotel.
3. No soap at the shower nor at one of the the sinks
4. You could tell from the way the service was provided, that the staff were never trained, the entire breakfast was served for example on tea cup plates & the tea and coffee were spilled because the tray is full with staff and the waiter just can't handle it all.
Good location in old town. Nice breakfast and very helpful staff.

Très bel hôtel dans le centre historique de Quito. De belles chambres avec un personnel très sympathique.

Location, great receptionist, breakfast.
In the restaurant we were told that the charges can be attached to the room. The next day we were told that the charges must be paid at the restaurant and in cash which was problematic.
Good location and lovely staff - very helpful and friendly. We had a room at the top - bonus was lots of light, downside there were no curtains so it was hot and bright very early.
Breakfast was ok, fairly basic but standard for other experiences in Ecuador.
On closer inspection the bathroom didn’t work well - the shower was missing a door so water went everywhere, instead used the shower hose in the bath which wasn’t great.
Also not having curtains where there are lots of windows.
