Perfectly comfortable in the middle of the Old Town. The location couldn’t be better with all the attractions of food and shopping within a few minutes walk. The staff were so lovely and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Hanoi

I had a really enjoyable 9-night stay here. The location was excellent, especially for exploring Hanoi and the Old Quarter, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops and attractions within easy reach.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, and everything felt well organised from check-in to check-out. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a longer stay, and it was a convenient base to come back to after spending the day exploring the city.
What stood out most was the service and how easy the whole stay felt. I’d happily stay here again on another trip to Hanoi and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place in the centre.

Cons:

Nothing major at all. I had a very good stay overall and any small things were easily outweighed by the location, service and convenience.

Niezapomniany pobyt w Hanoi, świetnie spędzony czas z obsługą, dzięki której bardziej poznaliśmy lokalną kulturę.
Pros:

Idealne położenie na Old Quarter, przemiła obsługa z dobrym angielskim. Obsługa bez problemu pomagała nam z rezerwacjami transportu zarówno z lotniska jak i w obrębie miasta. Pokoje były bardzo ciche, mimo tego że to Old Quarter, to nie mieliśmy problemu z halasem. W pokojach działająca klimatyzacja i telewizor, z którym mogłem połączyć się telefonem. Możliwość płatności w dolarach. Na miejscu byliśmy bardzo rano i mimo że planowany check-in był o 14:00, to obsłudze udało się przygotować pokój już o 8:00 rano.

Definitely work staying at great hotel
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and fun Amy whin ang perfect great ppl. Great location . rooms decor was spot on for Hanoi clean fresh big bed .

Cons:

In my room the a/c was old so needs upgrading . Room was cold but not what it should have been. Lifts were outside door as it’s small old building.
