A perfect location for an inner city stay in the old part of Hanoi.
Pros:

Location was perfect for daily walks in the old city, breakfast was minimal but sufficient and western style as there are many Vietnamese eateries close by. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional and organised several tours for us.
The arranged car pickup from the airport was excellent and reliable - new cars!

Cons:

All good.

Very comfortable, can't rave enough about the staff.
Pros:

The staff gave me an upgrade, and throughout my stay, they were wonderful. Every staff member was so helpful and kind. The location is perfect for walking around the Old Quarter and the French Quarter. I'd stay there again just for the wonderful staff, and my room was huge, with an amazing shower and daily, wonderful housekeeping.

Cons:

The building is only slightly older; everything else is great.

Staff was lovely. Rooms looked better in pictures.
Pros:

The staff is really wonderful, helpful and kind. They were very welcoming and helped with everything. Location is perfect in the middle of old town. Hotel room was alright.

Cons:

The rooms themselves look much nicer in the pictures on booking than in real life. My room didn’t have a window (I think most don’t). The sound proofing is not great in the rooms. Also the room was a bit so and so, clogged sink and hairdryer not working. I did say about the sink and hairdryer, they were able to fix the sink but hairdryer not. But they were super apologetic about it and gave me a small gift to make up for it. I feel bad to leave negative feedback as the staff was so so lovely but I think it’s important for others on booking to know that the rooms are not pristine, so the hotel is a bit overpriced for Vietnam prices for the quality in my opinion. The reviews are skewed overly positive here in my opinion.

Pros:

The hotel is at a great location, it’s near all the major land marks. The street is really lit during the night, you’ll have a lot of fun. We had a lot of fun just sitting at the balcony and enjoying the city.
The staff was really warm and friendly, Noah & William were exceptionally helpful, they guided us and made great recommendations on what to do in Hanoi. We tried the massage at the hotel, it was amazing. I would totally recommend getting it!

One of the best hotel to stay in hanoi old quarter because almost main markets & nightlife are literally walkable.
Place is value for money absolutely & they have so welcoming & friendly staff.

Absolutely recommended for old quater hanoi stay.

Cons:

Probably there is nothing to complain as i enjoyed my 2 days stay there

Perfect location, most amazing staff, I will come back

most exceptional stay thanks to an amazing staff who went above and beyond for us
very nice and thoughtful and polite : helped us with our charger problems, with planning our trip, asked us through WhatsApp what we wanted to do in the city even before we arrived so we could have the best stay
10/10 experience and the hotel itself is very charming and feels welcoming, feels just like home
And very affordable
Hotel is in a calm street in Old Hanoi next to the Lake and sooo close from all the business and nice shops
