We had a great stay! It was the perfect location to explore Hanoi for one night: right in the heart of things
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and accommodating - we had to store bags while we went adventuring and that was no problem. The location was great! So close to lots of cafes, restaurants, street food, markets etc. We walked everywhere to check out the sights.

Value-for-money Old Quarter Gem
Pros:

It was a very convenient and central location. It was close enough to the places to go and far enough from the hustle and bustle. There was also very low density of occupants per floor. The staff are very quick to act and very hospitable. The reception staff were very fluent in english and very warm. I'd like to particularly commend and praise, Jackie--very professional, good looking, and fluent.

Cons:

The bathrooms have a very obvious wear and tear. The soap and shampoo were a bit low quality too.

The place is very well situated and the staff friendly. Huyon speaks very good french and was very helpful to book the train.

super sauber, sehr zentrale Lage und super nettes Personal!
Wir hatten das große Zimmer. Da war die Dusche und das Bad getrennt und mit Glastüren und Wänden die teils milchig waren. Wir hatten damit kein Problem aber vlt andere. Das Zimmer war leicht anders als beschrieben und wir hatten am Ende ein großes Bett und noch ein Einzelbett. War aber alles super! Es gab auch kostenlose Wasserflaschen in der Unterkunft.
