We accept pets under the following conditions:
Small breeds - up to 5 kg
They cannot accompany you on the territory of the spa center, swimming pools and restaurant
In the common areas of the hotel must be led on occasion or in you
A daily fee of BGN 70/ EUR 35.79 per day per pet is charged
The pet must be vaccinated and it is advisable to carry its passport.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

А спа-зона заслуживает отдельных слов восхищения — атмосфера, сервис и качество процедур просто на высшем уровне, нет слов, чтобы передать все впечатления! Everything was amazingly good from the start - parking by the entrance, spacious room with a good view, they have both slippers and flip-flops for guests in the room, well-organized mini bar as well. Spa has everything you need, our personal fave - small heated pools in the woods. Food was great both in the evening and for breakfast - great choice and great service.

Лучший Отель который я посещал!есть подобное в горах Италии, Швейцарии и Франции..но там цены можно умножать на 2,5 ,3.все супер!и местоположение и сервис и спа!
Еда и подача просто супер! спасибо всему персоналу и тому кто придумал эту идею и концепцию!сауны,ванны ,джакузи просто вау!йога,стречинг ,хайкинг..супер!

Cons:

Вентиляция в туалете плохая ...нужно уделить этому внимание и поставить дополнительно освежитель.
