Cómodo pero algo limitado.
Pros:

Hotel muy cerca de los parques y con un servicio de shuttle bus cómodo.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy básico, no lo que te esperas de un hotel, incluso los huevos revueltos son artificiales y no cuenta con frutas ni yogures, muy poca variedad y centrado en comida rápida.

Excelente custo benefício, boa localização, estacionamento e café da manhã inclusos, quarto limpo
Pros:

O hotel é ótimo, quarto organizado, contém frigobar, micro-ondas e cafeteira. Serviço de quarto foi feito diariamente, as camas são confortáveis, chuveiro muito bom. Café da manhã razoável, no estilo americano. Usamos o serviço de shuttle para os parques e funcionou super bem. O estacionamento é gratuito, o que é excelente e um grande diferencial. Localização ótima, com várias opções para alimentação.

Cons:

Quartos tem carpete, o que acaba sendo muito anti higiênico, por mais que o quarto seja limpo, o carpete acumula sujeira e poeira, deveria ser abolido de todos os hotéis. No café da manhã, ao menos o café poderia não ser industrializado (de máquina), poderia ser um café fresquinho. No hall tem uma balança para pesar bagagem mas é paga... poderia ser oferecido como comodidade aos hóspedes.

Bare necessities and rundown.

Cons:

Hotel was old and unclean. Beds were dirty and floor felt grimy. Shower needed replacing but they just through caulking around it. Breakfast was very basic. No cold selection: boiled eggs, fruit or yogurt. Got back home to find out they doubled charged me and when trying to dispute it, gave me the run around.

Besuch der Universal Studios
Pros:

Die grösse des Zimmers war gut. Das Badezimmer war ok. Die ruhige Lage des Hotels

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Das Frühstück war lächerlich. Es gab am ersten Tag ein paar Bananen, beim zweiten Frühstück gar kein Obst. Es wurde selten aufgefüllt. Und der ganze Abfall mit dem Plastikgeschirr. Die Gäste haben sich was genommen und einfach stehen gelassen und keiner hat es weggeräumt.
Der Shuttlebus fährt nur morgens einmal und abends zwei mal zurück. Das war uns auch zu unflexibel. Vor allem steht in der Beschreibung freier Shuttlebus ohne Zeiten. Wenn die dabei stehen würden kann man sich vorher schon drauf einstellen das man diesen nicht nutzt.

A nice stay after a long day
Pros:

The location was excellent right by the Universal studios. The staff was was very friendly. The room is a really good size. I liked the kitchenette very much. As I washed my fruits etc. The bed was comfortabel, and area was quiet.

Cons:

The floor in our room was a bit dirty, needed mopping, our socks were dirty walking on the tiles by the entrance bathroom area, I removed a sticky thing off the floor, not sure is left overs from Pets. Sheets/comforter didn't appear to have been changed.
