Cons:

There were cockroaches in our room, and unfortunately, one of them even got into our suitcase. We only discovered it after we had arrived back home in Argentina. It was absolutely disgusting and very upsetting.

We contacted the hotel, but they claimed they had no cockroach problem and refused to take any responsibility for what happened.

Considering the high price, we expected a much better level of service and cleanliness. The breakfast was also very poor and did not match the price we paid.

Overall, very disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the price.

Great location for decent price
Pros:

Close to Universal studio (25 minutes by feet) and or those who doesn't want to walk there is daily shuttle. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area.
Very clean. Cleaning every day. Nice staff. Large parking.

Cons:

Hotel is quite old overall and it hears in loud air conditioners and feels in some of the equipment. But for what is worse breakfast are very, very poor and monotonous.

Konum ve rahatlık iyiydi

Cons:

Seçme nedenlerimden biri shuttle olmasıydı ancak universal dışında shuttle yok, Universal shuttle ise dönüş için sadece akşam saat 17:30 da var halbuki resort yazın 20-21 de kapanıyor hiçbir anlamı olmadı bu açıdan. Ayrıca kahvaltı beklentinin çok altında idi.

Gutes Hotel in der Nähe der Universal Studios. In Verbindung mit einem Freizeitpark zu empfehlen

Cons:

Das Shuttle fährt nur um 08:30 hin und um 17:30 zurück. Wer das nicht weiß, kann den Shuttle nicht nutzen und darf deshalb Parkkosten bei den Studios zahlen. Vor dem Besuch unbedingt die Zeiten checken.
