Design of hotel, security guard very attentive, service of reception and laundry service

Cons:

Area of the hotel, pretty difficult for cars to get to, often traffic jams, no soundproofing of the room so lots of street noise

Overall service, pretty clean rooms but also room for improvement, airconditioning was nice and made very little noise

Cons:

Noise from outside, windows not soundproof, television did not work, room cleaning and refills of water was not consistent

Gute zentrale in Delhi, um mit Uber und TukTuk die Stadt zu erkunden. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes, landestypisches Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer ohne Tageslicht.

You will feel at home in the Godwin Deluxe Hotel.
Pros:

The deluxe room was spacious and made me feel right at home. The staff at the front desk, Ms. Ruth and Mr. Anish Thapa, were excellent at managing check-in and handling issues as they came up. They were attentive to our needs — thank you to both of them. The kitchen staff were also very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the cappuccino.

Cons:

The hotel's location is in a crowded/busy area, which may be worth noting for guests who prefer a quieter setting.

Très bon hôtel bien placé dans Delhi, à côté de la gare. Personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute. La chambre était très confortable avec tous les équipement nécessaires

Pros:

Que nos dieran la habitación pronto, pero luego entendí porque lo hicieron.

Cons:

Fue horrible. Hacían obras delante del hotel y trabajaron toda la noche con camiones cisternas y genetadores. HORRIBLE! Como mínimo avisar de ello. Teníamos vuelo pronto y nos fuimos 2 horas antes de lo provisto.
