Pros:

Had a great stay at Grand Mercure Shanghai Century Park! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and everything you'd expect from a 5-star stay. Big shoutout to Zhou at the front desk—he was brilliant. Super friendly and helpful, and he kindly upgraded our room for my wife's birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. The breakfast was great too, and the espresso from the coffee machine was honestly one of the best I've had at any hotel. I was hoping to use the swimming pool, but our stay was too short. We'll definitely be back and make the most of the pool facilities next time. Overall, a great stay!

Впрочем вкратце на ресепшене сняли деньги больше чем было договорено, объяснив это за дополнительную услуги если не используется то вернём деньги. В день отъезда сказали деньги замороженные после 14 дней поступят на счёт они отправят мне на карту. Я сомневался и потребовал инвойс и инвойс не могут распечатать что отправят мне на почту я им поверил. И после 14 дней не фига не поступили почта пустая нету инвойса и карта пустая ждёт денег из Китая . даже администрация сайта booking.com сказала что нечем не может помочь к сожалению. Так что будьте осторожны с китайцами особенно в этом гостинице

Przestronne pokoje. Warto wziąć pokój z opcją wejścia do saloniku. Bardzo uczynna i miła obsługa. Dobre śniadania. 2,5 km do SNIEC.

Great business hotel at New Pudong area
Pros:

Location was great with nearby stores, eateries and supermarket. Rooms are clean with comfy beds. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

Can tell that some of the room furniture are pretty dated, maybe it is time for an upgrade. Pillows are too soft.
