Pros:

Good location, clean. It's nice to have washing machine in apartment. Good choice for short stay.

Cons:

Super small sink in the bathroom. Somebody was entering hall next to the apartment (which is locked) - that didn't create safety feeling. Requirement to take out garbage by ourself looked a bit weird.

Patogus patekimas į butą, mažas kompaktiškas butas. Bute yra keli laiptukai. Ramioje gatvėje. Yra vieta mašinai parkuotis.

Mikrokawalerka= klatka
Pros:

Pokój był czysty. Lokalizacja była odpowiednia- jak w ofercie. Brak problemu z parkingiem.
To raczej oczywiste kwestie, które zostały spełnione.

Cons:

Najbardziej paląca kwestia to rozmiar pokoju. To po prostu niegodne, by gościć dwie osoby na takiej przestrzeni. BEZ OKNA. W efekcie w pokoju było duszno, a wietrzyć można było go jedynie otwierając drzwi wejściowe, co jak można się domyślić, nie było zbyt sprzyjające prywatności. Lodówka nie działała. Nazywanie takiej przestrzeni "studiem" to kpina z klienta.
Kolejna sprawa- studnio miało być dwupoziomowe, tymczasem wejście na "poziom drugi" tylko bardzo stromymi schodkami. Brak zabezpieczenia, więc tak naprawdę z tego "2. piętra"= małej antresoli, bardzo łatwo było spaść. Czy była w ofercie informacja, że pokój nie jest przystosowany do osób z niepełnosprawnością? Przykre...

Die freundliche Vermieterin war sehr schnell vor Ort. Auf eine Rückfrage via Email wurde schnell reagiert. Hat uns am nächsten Tag auf Rückfrage noch für ein paar Stunden den hauseigenen Parkplatz überlassen.

Pros:

Visi normalūs patogumai yra, kažko blogo negaliu pasakyti.

Cons:

Vieta tolokai nuo autobusų stoties, o dar Klaipėdoje viešasis transportas Liepos 6-ąją nėra nemokamas (kaip turbūt yra visuose dideliuose miestuose). Kelionė pėsčiomis iki stoties užtruko. Kitas dalykas: labai mažas vonios / tualeto kombarys, nors visi būtini dalykai ten yra. Dar minusas: nebuvo jokios kavos ar kavos gėrimo, tik 1 pakelis arbatos.
