The location was good. It was close to restaurants and to some of the main attractions like Gregory Park and the post office. The size of the room was good as well.

We booked this hotel expecting a five-star experience, as advertised on Booking.com and Google, but unfortunately, it was nowhere near our expectations. The hotel was very basic, with no air conditioning, a lift, or the standard amenities you would expect from a five-star property.

The facilities and overall experience did not match the advertised rating at all. We were very disappointed with the misleading expectations created by the five-star classification.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a genuine five-star experience. Please do your research carefully before booking, as the rating does not reflect the actual standard of the hotel.

Wonderful experience from start to finish!
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained property. The staff especially Shakash was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great amenities and delicious food. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Close to Gregory’s Lake and great local restaurant
Pros:

The manager Chathu and staff were very nice and extremely helpful with our needs and gave us very useful information about the area . There is a fabulous restaurant called Thempardu only 300m walk away which well worth a visit.
