Cons:

We stayed in one of the suite, but unfortunately, the room was dirty with rat droppings scattered throughout, including on the bed. There was no proper ventilation, and the lack of an outside view made the room suffocating. The bathroom was extremely small, though the shower itself was the only redeeming feature.
