Tres bonne expérience. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable. L’hôte est très gentille et tres à l’écoute, on se sent vraiment bien accueilli. Elle peut aussi prêter un vélo, ce qui est très pratique.
L’emplacement est selon moi très bien : assez calme pour profiter des rizières et de l’ambiance paisible en fin d’après-midi , tout en restant proche de la ville pour sortir et profiter un peu de l’animation.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this homestay was genuinely distressing and, at times, dangerous. As a visitor from Germany used to basic safety standards, I found the lack of care here unacceptable.
Safety Concerns & Injuries
The owner repeatedly turned off the lights on my floor at night. Because the stairs were pitch black, I fell and suffered a severe foot injury that left me unable to walk for two weeks. When I calmly suggested keeping the lights on for safety, the owner was indifferent, and the lights were off again the very next night.
Lack of Basic Amenities & Accountability
The Fridge: Was broken and leaking for my entire stay. It could not hold food safely, and drinks took 24 hours to cool. Despite promises to fix it on day one, nothing was ever done.
The Air Conditioning: In the sweltering Hoi An heat, the AC failed. I notified the host in the afternoon, but she chose to socialize with friends rather than address it. At midnight, I was told to "wake up her husband" myself to fix it—an incredibly inappropriate and uncomfortable request for a guest.
Transportation: Despite my visible injury making walking impossible, the host gave "my" assigned bicycle to another guest without providing a replacement, showing a total lack of empathy for my situation.
Service & Communication
While I tried to remain friendly (even bringing the host gifts when she was unwell), the response I received was gaslighting and blame. When issues were raised, the host made excuses, twisted the facts, and refused to take any responsibility for the state of the property.
Bottom line: This property is poorly maintained and the management is negligent. Between the broken appliances and the literal physical danger of the darkened stairwells, I cannot recommend staying here.

Le mobilier, tout est super fonctionnel et moderne, les draps du lit sont super doux et confortables, le petit balcon, la piscine, le frigo et le wifi super puissant, c’était vraiment agréable. J’ai beaucoup aimé la gentillesse des hôtes aussi, ils te font te sentir à l’aise dès le début et sont des serviables, merci 🙏
Le seul point négatif ce sont les cheveux sur le sol, je retrouvais toujours des cheveux quelque part, le nettoyage du sol dans la chambre et les parties communes devrait être plus minutieux pour se sentir totalement chez soi
Nestled in the back streets of Cam thanh, about halfway between Hoi an town and the beach. There is a great walking path to town along the river which starts just near the new bridge to Can Nam. This homestay villa has everything you need I can’t fault it. The family are beautiful inside and out. Breakfast is fantastic. Don’t scroll by.

It was clean and comfy. Loved the view from the balcony and appreciated the two chairs and a table - had food and drinks out there. The shower and the tub are fantastic. Kim was a wonderful host and helped us to find a doctor when we needed one.

Nice size room, comfy bed, spacious bathroom. We booked for 4 nights and will definitely stay here again when we visit Hoi An in the future. The host was so friendly and helped us arrange our transport and other needs.
