stayed at the Ramada Hotel for the second time, and once again I had a great experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was also very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Pros:

I booked at last minute on booking.com. Recv'd a confirmation. Began driving to location and got a phn call from Ramada to say that there was a mistake and they had no room available.
Thanks for the heads up but it was certainly dissappointing and inconvenient.

Cons:

I answered this to be sure the circumstances are not ignored and it does not happen to someone else.

The staff was so friendly.

Cons:

The pillows on the king bed have been better days. Very flat and tiny. The hotel really needs to get a ice machine! Other than thoes 2 things it's a great place to stay.
