1- Chăn ga k được sạch. Sàn ướt chưa khô.
2- Thái độ nv lễ tân quá cứng nhắc, có hành động ko tế nhị và thể hiện thái độ khó chịu khi khách nhắn tin qua zalo hỏi giá tiền. Thậm chí quay sang trách móc khách nói là làm phiền nhiều người. Ăn nói ko đúng sự thật. Ở 2 ngày. Nhày thứ 1 thanh toán trc. Ngyaf thứ 2. K biết ở tới 5h hay cả ngày. Nên 5h40 chốt là ở nguyên ngày. Bảo ck tiền bh thế mà giục liên tục lên tận phòng mở toang cửa khách ra cà nói Hết giơt đuổi khách. Quá vô văn hoá. Nghĩ sao ăn nói quá mất dậy và ko tôn trọng khách. Còn nói Đòi số stk của lễ tân mà k thấy chuyển. Sẽ ko bh quay trở lại và đặc biênt thằng nhân viên quá mất dậy vô học và ăn nói quá láo. Nhỏ tuổ nhưng mất dậy.]

Nước nóng lúc có lúc k, phòng đôi mà k có sẵn dc 2 đôi dép, phải đi xin 😑

The toilet in our room was not working. I informed the reception in the morning and waited until the evening but they did not care to fix the toilet. I asked again to fix the toilet or change the room but they did not accept and I had to stay with my family in a room without a toilet.
