Pros:

Khách sạn mới, đẹp. Nhân viên lễ tân hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Mình nhớ bạn lễ tân tên Lucas support nhà mình từ lúc checkin cho tới khi phát sinh extra bed. Nếu có cơ hội mình nhất định sẽ quay lại.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und wirkt sehr luxuriös. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich professionell, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Frühstück – mit Abstand eines der besten auf unserer Vietnamreise. Die Auswahl war riesig und qualitativ hervorragend. Obwohl der Frühstücksbereich sehr voll war, hat uns das Team kurzerhand einen privaten Raum organisiert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Auch der Room Service war ausgezeichnet. Das Essen kam bereits nach rund 15 Minuten und die Frühlingsrollen waren hervorragend.

Cons:

Leider entsprach die Sauberkeit des Zimmers nicht dem sonst sehr hohen Standard des Hotels. Sowohl der Abfluss im Lavabo als auch jener in der Dusche funktionierten anfangs nicht richtig, und in der Dusche befanden sich noch Haare vom vorherigen Gast. Zudem mussten Boden und Teppich nochmals gereinigt werden, da sie bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber waren. Auch die Fenster waren stark verschmutzt, was besonders schade war, da wir eigentlich eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Halong-Bucht hatten. Das Personal hat sich zwar sofort um alles gekümmert, dennoch sollte die Zimmerreinigung sorgfältiger arbeiten.

Pros:

La chambre était magnifique et que dire de la salle de bain de rêve !!! La vue était divine. Le petit déjeuner etait très varié et très bon!

Cons:

Il aurait été bien de préciser que le lounge n'est accessible que pour le goûter et non le soir...
Le restaurant d'ailleurs s'y trouvant n'est pas à la hauteur d'un radisson, peu de choix et peu de goût...
