ALDRIG MER DETTA HOTELL för stökigt
Pros:

mycket bra frukost så mycket att väljer Hela hotellet var så lyx aldrig sett nåt annat så fint hela mitt liv jag har rest i 65 år
Jag måste ger ett stort tack till reception manager LONG PHAM han var super snäll omtänksam fixat bra pris till privat bil till Airport när jag skulle resa hem OCKSÅ Frukost manager som heter TOM CRUISE MYCKET SNÄLL och placerade mig i ett annat rum som det var så stökig med alla skrikande barn ,det var HEMSK.

Cons:

Problemet var så mycket barn som springer överallt i frukost rum och i lobbyn 2. -4 år skriker hela tiden jobbig
det var semester för många jag var tvingen att lämna hotellet några dagar innan för jobbig för mig en lördag var 700 gäster på hotellet, poolen var hemsk med skrikande barn 3 4 5 6 åring och poolen på taket samma, fick ingen lugnt alls
föräldrar gjorde ingenting och i reception var barnen hemska sprang överallt hoppa på alla fina möbler det var jobbig

Very relaxing luxurious stay
Pros:

Loved the spa, we paid for a treatment and got to use the thermal suite with pool, steam room sauna. This was the highlight of our stay. Loved been able to relax and chill out at the hotel for our 3 day stay.

Cons:

Restaurant service was slow. We ordered coffee, juice and an appetizer at lunch time. We received our food first. Coffee and juice took half hour.

Pros:

Great hotel with very comfortable rooms and excellent restaurant. Views of Ha Long Bay were amazing. Breakfast catered for all.

Cons:

We stayed during a public holiday period and unfortunately it was very busy and chaotic in the reception area. Breakfast was very busy as well.

Pros:

-fantastisches Hotel
-sehr modern
-sehr viel Platz
-fantastische Sicht auf Ha Long Bay
-richtig leckeres vielfältiges Frühstück
-sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Es hat nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun, weswegen ich das absichtlich nicht in die Note habe einfließen lassen, aber die Stadt ist eine Katastrophe.
Hier wurde durch Spekulation und Überinvestition so viel gebaut, dass in diesem Ort extrem viel Leerstand ist und auch sehr viele Bauruinen.
Die Stadt wirkt wie eine Geisterstadt. Hier ist einfach niemand.

Ich würde jedem, der sich die Ha Long Bucht anschauen will eine Tour direkt von Hanoi oder von wo auch immer zu buchen und dort keine Übernachtung auf dem Festland einzuplanen.
