Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, hotel
easy to reach by car. Nice pool with a lovely view. Spacious room and large bathroom.

Cons:

Room was not clean enough, smears on windows and dirty coffee area. Several hotel "bars" were never open although advertised.

view vịnh hạ long rất đẹp, phòng ở sạch sẽ, nhân viên dọn dẹp cẩn thận chu đáo, lễ tân thân thiện. ngay bên cạnh nhà hàng ngọc phương nam nên nhà mình đi ăn cũng tiện, cách âm giữa các phòng tạm ổn thôi nên mình cho 9điểm

L’hôtel est beau. Les piscines sont très bien.

Il manque le phở au poulet, mes enfants n’aime pas le phở su bœuf et la soupe locale. J’ai la carte de fidélité , j’ai moins de 10 % sur les nourritures et j’ai répété plusieurs fois mais ils ne sont pas capables d’appliquer. Manque de flexibilité, notre check out était un mercredi, ils ont plein de chambre de libre et nous avons réservé 8 chambres pour 2 nuits, il y avait une chambre rendue à 14h15 au lieu de 13h00 car mes enfants étaient sortis et malheureusement il y avait du retard dans leur activité, ils n’ont pas pu arriver à 13h00 comme convenu, la dame a voulu me demander un supplément j’ai dû insister pour qu’elle n’applique pas.

Vue incroyable sur la baie d’Ha Long, volumes et décoration, chambre et literie très confortables, restaurant d’un bon niveau, petit déjeuner varié et de qualité.
