Das Hotel würde ich an heißen Tagen nicht wieder buchen.
Pros:

Ausstattung war gut.

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit, Fahrräder unterzustellen.
Kein Personal vor Ort.
Zimmer bei warmen Wetter zu heiß.

Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek w podróży
Pros:

Podchodziłam bardzo sceptycznie do hotelu bezobsługowego, ale jestem miło zaskoczona.
Kuchnia była w miarę wyposażona, by zrobić sobie coś do jedzenia.
Pomieszczenia czyste. Piękne widoki. Wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Trochę mało miejsca do przygotowania posiłku, może dodatkowy blat składany by się przydał.
Hotel reklamuje się jako rodzinny, więc przydałoby się pomyśleć o łóżeczkach turystycznych.

Not customer focused & I won’t be using this hotel chain again.

Cons:

I secured the room through Booking.com before being bombarded with messages wanting ID, payment information & messaging all in German, I am English.
On arriving at the hotel, it found it unmanned & no understanding as to my room or how to get in. I used the contact telephone number provided but got their answer machine telling me to call back in business hours.

I called the number again the next day but was just told send an email. This I did but have not received a reply.

My concussion is they are not customer focused & for that reason should not be recommended.

Pros:

Moderne, saubere Unterkunft

Cons:

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht und im voraus gezahlt. Als wir nach Mitternacht angereist sind, ließen sich beide Zimmer öffnen. Jedoch schliefen in den einem Zimmer schon 2 Personen. Diese hatten ebenfalls eine Bestätigung für dieses Zimmer. Einen Kundenservice konnte man um dieses Uhrzeit nicht mehr erreichen. Somit hatten wir für 4 Personen 2 Betten.
Als Begründung wurde ein defektes Türschloss angegeben und für das zweite Zimmer ein Nachlass von 20%angeboten. Wir würden nicht nochmal buchen.

Ganz ok mit Unannehmlichkeiten
Pros:

Zimmer hatten eine angemessene Größe, Parken war super. Aussicht vom Zimmer auf das Feld. Ruhige Lage im Industriegebiet.

Cons:

Link zuk öffnen der Tür war am Morgen des auschecken schon nicht mehr gültig (7:30 Uhr) wäre nicht noch jemand im Zimmer geblieben wären wir nicht mehr zu unseren Sachen gekommen. Keine Fliegengitter vorhanden, Bewegungsmelder im Badezimmer statt Lichtschalter. Licht blieb einfach eine Ewigkeit an, halt auch nachts was ungünstig ist wenn man mit offenem Fenster im Sommer schlafen will, weil es keine Klimaanlage gibt...

Für uns zentral und gut gelegen, viel Platz in den Schränken, alles ordentlich.

Cons:

Der Duschabfluss war verstopft, wir haben zwei Hände voll Haare entfernt… Von den vorherigen Gästen… Es fehlten leider die Teelöffel und ein Glas.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Hotelzimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind bei booking.com eingegeben und sind davon ausgegangen, dass wir auch ein Angebot für 3 Pers. erhalten, aber wir hatten nur ein kleines Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Also mussten wir zu dritt in dem Bett liegen, was nicht erholsam war.

Cons:

Nicht erhalten was wir angegeben haben. Wenn booking.com uns Angebote schickt, sollte man sich darauf verlassen, dass man auch das bekommt was man möchte. Es gab keine Rezeption und es war telefonisch niemand erreichbar.
