Nice location and friendly environment place to stay for salalah visitors
Pros:

Location and room size are very good in the middle of nearly every thing and the easy access to all the locations markets and malls and tourism areas
Reception staff are very nice and friendly they did solve my issue regarding the room type very easy
Thanks to the ladies in the reception and the management staff for their help
The bell boy from Nepal was very friendly and helpful
Thanks to all for making my stay very nice and comfort

Cons:

The beds are little hard type mattress and the comforter was light type ones hope it can be upgraded or by having options in the softer beds and comforter

Super satisfied. Bigger rooms and amenities. easy to access. big and clean wash rooms. huge bed rooms.

Cons:

the door access system was a failure. it took me an hour to enter the room. later they have changed my room to another same type room.
