Unhygienic and room full of cockroaches, not recommended
Pros:

Poor customer service
Charged for breakfast but no breakfast provided as they don't have restaurant
Rooms really unhygienic as cockroaches crawling all over the bed and walls and floors

I don't understand how is this hotel labeled star 5 rating. It's unfair to get customer with wrong rating where they even don't care and no courtesy of attending to any request for customer needs

Cons:

rooms had crockroaches running around .. bes spread was not all to the mark , no glass provided , just kettle the rest has to be arranged one thw own .. there was very few blood stain on bed spread which by mistake happened by my wife ... reception called directly to know the reason for which i lied as it was first off all not appropriate and said to pay fone of 500/- which i have paid .. first time experience ...
