Poor
Cons:

The first problem arose at check-in because the instructions provided by the host were incorrect.
You share the apartment with three tenants. The kitchen is a permanent mess and the bathroom is not very tidy either. The whole place could need some maintenance and repair.
The bedroom is shabby and small: about 8 m2, but because of the slanted roof you can only use about 6 m2. The room only has an internal window overlooking the kitchen which means you get to enjoy the noise, the light and the cooking smells from the kitchen. Security is insufficient: there is only a flimsy padlock on the sliding door to the bedroom.
One night the manager was on his phone shouting at the top of his lungs until about midnight. So much for a good night's rest. The other two tenants were nice, though.
I definitely can't recommend the place.

Disappointing, only used the place for sleeping.
Pros:

No breakfast as it was self-catering. The location was good as we either walked or drove to Muizenberg.

Cons:

Photograph is misleading. There was no swimming pool. Other people living in the apartment, which was not disclosed when we booked.

There was one guy downstairs who was always angry and will be reporting me to the host that I make calls when it’s past 10pm
