Pros:

Wir wurden sehr proaktiv mit Informationen zu unserer eher späten Anreise informiert und es wurde sichergestellt, dass wir alle Informationen zum Aufenthalt haben

Cons:

Wir sind um 9 Uhr zum Frühstück gegangen. Das Frühstück haben wir in anderen Hotels schon umfangreicher erlebt, aber dafür war alles sehr. Schade war nur, dass einige Dinge nicht aufgefüllt wurden bzw. ausgegangen sind. Es gab z.B. keine Teller fürs Brot mehr, der Multivitamin-Saft war leer (wurde später dann doch noch aufgefüllt), wir haben gerade noch so die letzten Reste vom Baguette bekommen und der Fromage Blanc war bei unserer Ankunft auch schon so gut wie leer.

Pros:

Prima hotel voor onderweg, lokatie van de snelweg heel handig. Mooi dorp. Heerlijk gegeten bij het hotel.

Cons:

Personeel bij het ontbijt.
Geluid van een apparaat buiten bij onze kamer raam, dus moest snachts de raam dicht blijven.

Het ontbijt was in orde, maar onduidelijk was of het ontbijt wel of niet in de prijs in zat.

Cons:

We hadden om 1900 uur een tafel gereserveerd in het hotel-restaurant. wij liepen daar om 18.55 uur binnen en er werd ons verzocht om buiten te wachten want het was nog geen 19.00 uur! Vervolgens moesten alle restaurant gasten hun dinner ter plekke afrekenen (dit bedrag mocht niet naar de hotelfactuur worden overgeheveld).
De keuken zou veelbelovend zijn maar viel ontzettend tegen. We kozen voor de 2 persoons Plancha met een combinatie van alle gerechten die op de kaart stonden. Verschillende gerechtjes daarvan lagen in exact dezelfde saus.
We moesten vragen om ieder een bord te krijgen, om brood erbij te krijgen en om vorkjes voor de escargots.
De fles water bleek later 6 Euro te kosten.
Het personeel was chagarijnig, onaardig en totaal niet attent of gastvrij.
Wij hebben dit nog nooit zo meegemaakt. We gaan hier dan ook nooit meer naar toe!

Je recommande.
Pros:

L'accueil efficace, souriant et rapide, la chambre propre et lumineuse, le lit queen size 7 pieds de large, la salle de bain au goût du jour et très propres, le bon dîner et déjeuner.
Le village est charmant, soigné et propre.
Nous y retournerons.

Beautiful location for a walk around the village, easy to find, with nearby bakery, fromagerie and wine shop (subject to opening hours). Table football was a big hit with the kids

Burgundy stopover
Pros:

This hotel is perfectly situated in the Burgundy vineyards. Its spotlessly clean, peaceful, comfortable beds and crisp sheets, -100% functional. I t may not be the most luxurious stay, but it is amazing value for money. We will come again.

Het personeels was zeer klantvriendelijk; het ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en werd telkens bijgevuld (buffet) als iets bijna op was. Er was een aparte wc niet gelegen in de badkamer; heel erg fijn.
