Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Lovely atmosphere, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Hostess was very accommodating, arranged trips for us and transportation to our next destination.

Pros:

Amazing homestay. Allowed us to change our dates at no extra cost and booked an overnight bus to Ninh Binh for us! Place is amazing, super clean and tidy and right in town. Definitely get your bang for buck here, will stay again if we ever come back to Phong Nha!

Tout ! Notre chambre était spacieuse et bien décorée, lit confortable et petite terrasse proche de la piscine, très bien également. La meilleure que j' ai faite au Vietnam ! Un service impeccable, réservation de bus et de trip à la journée.
Je recommande vivement cet homestay.

Отличное предложение за такую сумму, очень приятное и красивое место. Двор очень красивый и уютный! Внутри номера тоже всё сделано с душой!

Cons:

Я понимаю, что у хозяев и так много забот, и цена очень низкая, но если они смогут добавить чуть больше света в номер, почистить кондиционер, и немного подремонтировать сантехнику, то будет вообще идеально! Но ещё раз повторюсь - за такую цену, всё на очень достойном уровне!

Las chicas de la recepcion fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron con todo lo q necesitabamos, el alojamiento es amplio y muy comodo, limpio, con una piscina q se agradece q esté.
Hay dos niñas encantadoras y muy divertidas.
La ubicacion muy buena.
Se encargaron de las excursiones a las cuevas y el bus hacia Hue.
Muy recomedable

Bad experience
Cons:

The hotel informed Booking.com that there was no show on my reservation yet I showed up and stayed for 1 night. It seemed that the bed sheets and pillows cases were not washed and replaced. I was eaten alive with bedbugs. It was an unpleasant way to start my staying in Phong Nha. I immediately moved to a different hotel a short walk away named Phong Nha Orient Homestay. This hotel is much cleaner and also cheaper than Vu’s Homestay. I would grade Vu’s less than 1 star.
