スタッフが親切。安心できました。
Pros:

空港からウーバーを使って15~20分ほどで到着します。
スタッフがとても親切で、初めてのケニア、暗くなっててらの到着でとても安心出来ました。私の拙い英語も聞き取ろうと努力してくれて感謝です。部屋も清潔で過ごしやすかったです。

Pros:

The hotel is suitable located in walking distance to the city centre. The room was spacious, nice and very comfortable. The staff was super nice and beyond helpful, thank you very much, I have now a new favourite place to stay in Nairobi!

Pros:

The rooms are spacious and relatively comfortable, for what you're paying. Although the "hot water" the shower pumps leaves a lot to be desired.

Cons:

The location! I read loads of reviews saying the location is great....what are these folks smoking? It's on a really busy dual carriageway (highway for the North Americans)... You've to walk for 15 mins along a dusty, loud & busy "highway" to get anywhere. And there's no actual footpath. Yikes!

Great Value Stay in Westlands
Pros:

I came to Raha Suites with a group of 15 people. The staff were extremely accommodating and helped with every need. The guards in the parking were awesome at helping carry luggage up the stairs. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Good quality hot showers, and the wifi is great. The location is very convenient, right off the expressway and walkable to cafes on Rhapta Road.
