Lovely well located up market apartment hotel with excellent service.
Pros:

It’s a lovely apartment hotel. Very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The pool upstairs was much bigger and nicer than I had experience before in a rooftop pool and really appreciated it. Staff were really helpful in directing clients to local activities and restaurants which made a huge difference in my experience in the city this time. I particularly want to commend concierge Jun. He gave me the best advice in things to do which I really appreciated and could not do enough to help me get the best experience out of Ho Chi Minh City..

Cons:

There is building work going on next door. It wasn’t terrible, but it did wake me up. Sudden complementary earplugs would help.

Personnel attentionné, bon emplacement, piscine top accessible 24/7 avec une belle vue, lave-linge et sèche-linge gratuits.

Cons:

Isolation phonique moyenne, on entendait des travaux dehors et surtout les voisins parler fort.

Tolles Familenzimmer mit Pool auf dem Dach
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern und waren von der Größe sowie der hochwertigen Ausstattung positiv überrascht. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Pool auf dem Dach – mit einer tollen Aussicht und einer entspannten Atmosphäre lädt er zum Verweilen ein.

Cons:

Der Empfangsbereich wirkte auf uns zunächst etwas altbacken und dient zeitglich auch als der Eingangsbereich einer Schönheitsklinik als an den eines modernen Hotels. Dadurch waren wir bei unserer Ankunft zunächst etwas skeptisch und hatten Sorge, dass sich dieser Eindruck auch in den Zimmern fortsetzen würde. Glücklicherweise war das überhaupt nicht der Fall – die Zimmer waren deutlich moderner und ansprechender als der erste Eindruck vermuten ließ. Im Detail sind einige kleine Dinge renovierungsbedürftig, fallen aber nicht so groß ins Gewicht.

Very good except for the shower.
Pros:

Comfortable, spacious room. Great swimming pool and laundry. Staff were excellent.
