vahit beye kibarligi ve samimiyeti icin oncelikle tesekkur ediyorum. otel son derece temiz giristen itibaren katlardaki hijyen ilk dikkatimi ceken durum. giriste bulunan kafede leziz kahveler var ozellikle vahit beyin eli cok lezzetli.

Satisfaction. I can recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast is as in the photo (no buffet), the same every day, but good. The hotel is small (family run), quiet, very clean. The area is relatively quiet (you can sleep with the window open, which is rare in Istanbul). We chose the hotel because of its walking distance from the conference center (Hilton hotel). The staff speaks English. I liked that there is a kettle in the room and a small portion of instant coffee, tea and sugar every day. In addition, the room fridge is of a reasonable size and there are two 0.5 liter bottles of drinking water every day. This is important because, as we were told, the tap water is not optimal for drinking (I did not test this claim). The room has good air conditioning and a well-placed TV. The room is cleaned every day.

Cons:

Payment of the hotel shuttle from-to airport to be made in cash.

Sadly, constant fight with cockroaches is what I will remember.
Pros:

Staff is friendly, location is good, reception works 24/7. Wifi is good and free.

Cons:

Cockroaches the size of your fist. Especially 6TH FLOOR, dont accept a room there. Breakfast is the same every day. TV only 3 channels, unwatchable.

Pros:

It was cheep and not too far from the place where I had to go. The breakfast was good even if there was no buffet option so no choice was allowed. The staff was kind and professional even if some of them did not understand English well.

Cons:

Many things did not work properly: the air conditioner was unuseful but the cleaning staff switched it on during the day and it was really difficult to be switched off. It resulted off but the cold air continued to exit. The safe didn't close. The light switched continuously on and off the last morning. The shower was full of limescale, and the water was spraying out horizontally. The place was close a safe area of the town but not inside: broken sidewalks, people sleeping on the street, and filth just a few meters away.

NON ANDATE IN QUESTO POSTO. BLATTE, SPORCIZIA, PERSONALE SCORTESE E SERI DUBBI SULLE RECENSIONI. FARÒ UNA SEGNALAZIONE FORMALE A BOOKING.

Ho soggiornato qui con un numeroso gruppo di colleghi per la conferenza ESC. Anche altri partecipanti alloggiavano nello stesso hotel e abbiamo riscontrato SERI PROBLEMI IGIENICI.

La cosa più grave è la PRESENZA DI GRANDI BLATTE in diverse camere, soprattutto ai piani alti. Alcuni colleghi ne hanno trovate numerose, anche SUL LETTO E SUL CORPO DURANTE LA NOTTE. Un altro ospite ne ha fotografata una grande circa 1/3 della sua scarpa (spero metta una recensione).
Ho accompagnato una collega alla reception dopo la comparsa di una blatta nella sua camera. La reazione è stata inaccettabile: NESSUNA SCUSA, cambio stanza rifiutato perché l’hotel era pieno e la receptionist ha persino alzato gli occhi al cielo. Un dipendente è salito, ha guardato rapidamente la stanza ed è tornato dicendo che non aveva visto blatte: per loro il problema era quindi risolto. Ci hanno detto inoltre che NON POSSONO FARCI NULLA PERCHÉ LE BLATTE ARRIVANO DA FUORI. La loro totale mancanza di sorpresa ci ha lasciati molto perplessi.

Anche la pulizia è pessima: camere non sempre rifatte, pavimenti sporchi, asciugamani non sostituiti e diversi problemi nonostante le ripetute lamentele.

Infine, una collega è stata spinta a lasciare una recensione su Booking davanti al personale, che ha PRESO IL SUO TELEFONO E SI È ATTRIBUITO 10 STELLE. Per questo nutro seri dubbi sull’affidabilità di alcune recensioni positive.

Nessuno sconto, cambio hotel o soluzione concreta. Solo offerte di bevande gratuite dopo le mie lamentele.

BLATTE NELLE CAMERE E QUESTO TIPO DI GESTIONE SONO INACCETTABILI.
