أود أن أشكر موظفة الاستقبال (هاجر) على حسن استقبالها واحترافيتها وابتسامتها الدائمة، فقد كانت متعاونة جدًا وساعدتني في كل ما أحتاجه.🙏🏻

كما أشكر مدير الاستقبال الاستاذ وحيد على ماقدمه لي من خدمات وساعدني في اضافة سرير بدون رسوم اضافيه 🙏🏻

A fabulous boutique hotel and a coffe shop
Pros:

Value for money. Excellent staff, amazing location! They offer great coffee for free when you check-in.

Cons:

It may feel small in the rooms for some people but for that neighborhood it’s very expected and it was super comfortable so, I dont think this is a downside.

К сожалению, впечатление от проживания осталось негативным. При заселении нам с мамой предоставили номер с двумя отдельными кроватями, хотя при бронировании мы просили одну двуспальную. Когда мы сдвинули кровати, под ними оказалось огромное количество пыли, мусора и грязи, что говорит о том, что уборка там давно не проводилась. Более того, в прикроватной тумбочке мы нашли чеки и мусор, оставшиеся от предыдущих гостей.

В целом отель производит впечатление очень уставшего: мебель старая, лифт тоже нуждается в обновлении, а уровень чистоты совершенно не соответствует ожиданиям. К сожалению, за такую стоимость хотелось бы видеть гораздо более качественную уборку и лучшее состояние номеров.
