Pros:

Kamer en douche klein maar proper, allez wat je nodig had was er
Geen personeel gezien

Cons:

Deur is met een code , maar slot werkt niet goed om te openen, via whatts app moeten regelen,meerdere mensen hadden moeite met het slot, daar zouden ze iets aan moeten doen.
Goed voor 1 nacht, alles is wat aan het verkommeren..leegstaand restaurant en receptie

Pros:

Zentrale Lage vorteilhaft. Für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp in Ordnung.

Cons:

Check-In unnötig kompliziert - kurzfristige Buchungen schwierig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr einfach. Badezimmer entwickelt sich schnell zur Nasszelle.

Pros:

Je n'ai pas séjourné dans l'hôtel.

Cons:

Le propriétaire ou gérant de l'établissement m'a refusé l'accès à l'hôtel et enjointe expressément à demander l'annulation de ma réservation pour le jour même. Je venais simplement déposer un bagage, comme j'en avais exprimé la demande dès le stade de la réservation, une quinzaine de jours auparavant. Manifestement, cette demande n'avait pas été prise en compte. L'hôtel est très mal signalé dans la rue Beeckmann, j'ai sonné à ce qui semblait être une sonnerie, une personne est venue m'ouvrir une bonne dizaine de minutes plus tard et m'a d'emblée mise en relation avec le propriétaire ou gérant de l'hôtel qui ne se trouve pas sur place. La conversation a mal tourné quand 'jai dit que le nom de la rue n'était pas visible, pas plus que le nom de l'hôtel. Sur ce simple motif, le gérant m'a dit me refuser sur un ton violent.

Geen persoonlijk contact, in- en uitchecken online. Daarnaast toch wel heel basic kamers (dunne deuren), maar de prijs is daar ook op aangepast.

Propre et bien situé.
Pros:

L'emplacement est très bon, la chambre était propre même si la poubelle n'avait pas été vidée.

Cons:

Il faisait froid, et le chauffage ne chauffait pas beaucoup, en plus de faire du bruit.
Vieux bâtiment, pas d'insonorisation., beaucoup de va et vient. A 3h du matin j'ai été réveillée par des cris importants et stridents, le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de personnel ne doit pas aidee à garder du calme.

la salle de bain qui venait d'être renovée

tout ! pas de réception malgré que cela soit indiqué entre 16h et 22h pour le check-in, aucun sommier, matelas en mousse de mauvaise qualité, aucun bureau pour travailler avec un PC, une télévision avec aucune chaine disponible, lit venant d'IKEA. Cet hôtel devrait être transformé en logement social, en plein milieu de la nuit, cri et pleure d'une personne pendant plus d'une dizaine de minute, client de l'hôtel livré à eux-mêmes et tout cela à un prix équivalent à pratiquement mercure hôtel, une honte, comment peut on s'appeler hôtelier et en plus il vous demande de faire le check-in en ligne et vous demande votre numéro de carte bleu, heureusement que je ne l'ai pas donné. Overall disappointing experience.

The location is great.

Cons:

Completely misleading images online. The place looked completely different. Not cool.

The room really needs some freshening up. Very thin walls we could hear everything from the room above also people opening doors in the hallway. Didn’t really get a good night sleep unfortunately because of this. Also, the floor in our room was not clean.
