Friendly staff at the reception, nice swimming pools, nice and rich breakfast!
They were some areas that they had some bad odour, maybe the carpets or Airconditioning units need to be repaired. The bathroom door was never cleaned. The sofa beds were extremely small and not comfortable for the kids to sleep on

Good basic breakfast, nothing impressive and not many options for dairy free.
Great location.
We specifically booked and asked for a double bed. In the room we found two beds put together making it look as one, although we've been upgraded. Not nice at all!!As I said to the reception staff, we were less interested about the upgrade, the double bed as we requested would have impressed much more.
Loud everything everywhere, the street buzz can be heard until late at night.
Very clean property, rooms very well appointed and spacious. Excellent location!

The hotel’s location was excellent, and everything was clean and spacious. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The food was delicious; perhaps the vegetarian options could be improved a little, but overall everything was wonderful.
There were also daily entertainment and animation programs, which really helped create a great atmosphere.
It was a very good choice, and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Almost everything was good. Great location even though it was a bit noisy in the evening. Staff were great and so were the facilities. Breakfast was great.
Pool area was overcrowded at timea, but that is to be expected in August. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom when we entered our room for the first time, but fortunately it went away. The dinner buffet was average at best.
