Great value and lovation
Pros:

We came in to town last minute and booked around 10pm. I was worried, but the property manager was great and messaged us with the info to check in. There was a mixup on payment ( the fault of Booking) but we sorted it out and they made sure everything was taken care of and also offered us late checkout for the trouble (it was really no trouble, but we appreciated it). The apartment was nice and has everything you needed. It is an apartment for less than most hotel prices.

Cons:

It gets a bit warm in the house in the day with the direct sun and the AC struggle to keep up, but not too hot to be comfortable (maybe 25° - 27°) but at night it is very comfortable.

El lugar es muy seguro y bonito

Cons:

Que duraban mucho para abrir cuando salía uno de la playa!

También que la encargada no tenia claro el checkout de la habitación con lo que decia booking y nos mando a la muchacha de limpieza a sacarnos. Deben de verificar esto.

nice place, recommended
Pros:

location, pool, beach front, building in great shape. You can hear the ocean waves from the balcony and rooms if you open the balcony doors.

Cons:

areas for improvement: the drinking cups were all plastic. Not the best impression. One or two drawers were being used to store every day stuff, markers, pen, pencil, tape, scissors, tools. A bit wierd, did not expect that, preffer they lock those drawers considering that all those things are not for the guests. The thermostat did not work well, could have been just the battery. Somtimes it worked well some other times it did not pay attention to the requested temp we set.
