Völlig OK für 1 Nacht als Radtourist
Pros:

Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, frisches Obst. Alles da. Hotel nur wenige Gehminuten von Innenstadt.

Cons:

Wir durften zwar die E-Bikes in der Gaderobe abstellen, dort waren sie aber immer im Weg. Die Ladestecker wurden 3 x (unabsichtlich?!?) herausgerissen. Hier wäre eine professionellere Unterbringung mit entsprechender Ladeinfrastruktur und Versperrsicherheit wünschenswert.

unbefriedigend, obwohl Personal sehr ferundlich war, jadoch meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllen konnte-

Kein Zimmerservice, Raum war nicht sauber, Badetücher wurden deswegen auch nicht gewechselt, E-Ladeanschluss für E-Autos (nicht TESLA) war nicht vorhanden
Problem im Zusammenhang mit Booking.com, Preisreduktion wegen der speziellen Reduktion auf Grund des Golf Freundschaftsländerspiels CH - AUT konnten nicht weitergegeben werden. Booking.com und Cityhotel haben sich gegeseitig beschuldigt.

Cons:

Ihr Buchungssystem scheint nicht richtig zu funktionieren. Sowohl die Reinigungskräfte als auch die neuen Gäste wollten das Zimmer deutlich vor der Check-out-Zeit beziehen.

Im ersten zugewiesenen Zimmer war schon ein Gast eingecheckt (Person lag im Bett). Ich bekam ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen und eine Entschuldigung. Um 00:15 Uhr stand eine fremde Person mitten in meinem Zimmer. Die Person kam durch eine Zimmerkarte ins Zimmer und verschwand nachdem ich diese angesprochen habe. Als ich mich am Morgen beschwert hatte, war die Dame an der Rezeption überfordert und ratlos. Keine Entschuldigung oder ähnliches. Weiters hörte mir die Rezeptionistin nicht zu und hatte noch die Frechheit zu fragen, warum ich zuerst ein anderes Zimmer hatte, obwohl ich es ihr eine Minute zuvor erzählt hatte.
