Pros:

First visit to Da Nang and very pleased with my stay at Livie. Lovely two bedroom corner apartment on the sixth floor very spacious. Apartment had everything you could need for a great holiday. Was also pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was.

Close to everything you could need, shops, food and the beach. Bagels cafe downstairs was excellent. Cheap to get Grab to anywhere local you might want to visit.

Staff were very nice, especially the cleaning staff who worked really hard to keep everything clean and tidy.

Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

Pros:

Расположения у отеля хорошее. В номере чисто, тихо, белоснежное постельное, которое вкусно пахнет. Убирали каждый день, все отлично.

Cons:

В целом за эти деньги все супер за эти деньги. Отличный вариант жилья.

Perfect Location, Helpful staff, Value for money, Great Stay!
Pros:

The rooms we clean, tidy and as per our expectations. The fact that they provided drinking water filter in the room, was a blessing. The check-in and check-out was seamless. The staff were very helpful, they helped us with the best of their ability to find one of our personal belonging. The location is also perfect for a travelling family. Great Value for money.

Cons:

The Bathtub felt kind of unnecessary as an ensuite would have been enough and practical. Wish they had 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom apartments too.
I am nitpicking.

Pros:

The place was really nice, tbh. I love the light arranged around my apartment. and the room is soundproof

Cons:

Since the place is quite near the beach, I notice that my room was quite sandy when we arrived, but they got indoor slippers. My room wall is opposite the kitchen so I felt that it was quite damp, so my stuff got dirt from the wall (kind of like paint dust)

Pros:

Overall a great stay, but with mixed feelings. The one-bedroom on the second floor felt a bit humid, and it was noisy. I moved to the upper floor penthouse, and it was a completely different experience — much more spacious, airy, and enjoyable.

Great value for money
Pros:

Location is excellent. Apartment small but perfect for a week stay. The staff are friendly and their English skills are good. Pool has views of the beach and high enough to be away from the street noise.

Good property, but not so good staffs.
Pros:

Its closer to the beach and a lot of eateries around. The vibe is really good around the property. Clean rooms and well lit.

Cons:

Thought it was called as a two bedroom apartment, there was only one bathroom to use - It killed my purpose of the 2bedroom booking. Almost all the staffs were rigid and grumpy, though they sounded pleasant via chats. There was absolutely no consideration for any of our requests and continued to demonstrate that they play by the rule books only. They did even allow a few hours of extension - 30 minutes was what we got.

Great stay, great value.
Pros:

This is the most amazing value for money. Great location, yummy bagel shop at the bottom and walking distance to most stuff. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

We didn’t have any issues. The pool could do with an extra lounger or two, but who cares when a beautiful beach is on the doorstep.

Pros:

Just love this place. Well designed with smart details. Rooms are cozy and big. The location is just superb. Literally everything everything is close by beach, restaurants like Italian, Mexican, Chinese. Also bars massages and coffee places.
I already booked my next visit.
