Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Erholung für uns garantiert.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, die Lage perfekt. Der Park, der um das Hotel herum lag, war wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Vom Hotel konnte man in 3 Minuten fußläufig das Bad gegenüber erreichen, welches im Preis inbegriffen war. Das Personal war kompetent und sehr freundlich, auch deutsch war überhaupt kein Problem

Cons:

Es sind ja 4 Sterne (früher wohl sogar einmal 5 Sterne) angegeben. Diese werden nicht erfüllt. Allerdings ist die Sternebewertung wohl mit Deutschland nicht zu vergleichen. Beim Frühstück wurden die Gläser und die Milch nicht automatisch aufgefüllt, was vom Service zu erwarten ist. Auf Nachfrage wurde dies umgehend erledigt. Leider wirkt im Ort alles so, als würde es sterben. Der Verfall ist deutlich zu sehen. Wir hoffen sehr, dass dies nicht passiert, das wäre mehr als schade.

Pros:

Der Service beim Frühstück und Abendessen ist wirklich fantastisch.
Die Servicekräfte alle ‼️ sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Im Restaurant bzw. Kaffee sind Gäste oft unerwünscht..Dieser Eindruck wird zumindest vermittelt.
Die weibliche Bedienung ist ok, aber ...

Líbilo se mi umístění hotelu v parku, chutnalo mi jídlo, pokoj byl pohodlný, recepční milé.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung.
Pros:

Ein klassisches Bäderhotel, so hatten wir es uns gewünscht. Ruhige Lage in einem schönen Park. Die Anwendungen waren professionell. Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl. Abendessen mit Menüwahl. Beim Abendessen ist noch etwas Luft nach oben, war o.k. Toll ist auch, dass Fahrräder kostenfrei zur Verfügung stehen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Flair und Geschichte in einer außergewöhnlichen Umgebung. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, professionell und freundlich. Man fühlt sich jederzeit willkommen. Aufenthalt inkl. hoteleigenen Spa-Bereich mit Sauna und Eintritt in den gegenüberliegenden Aquapark.

Pros:

Nádherný hotel, úžasná lokalita v parku, krásné parkoviště. Nádherné lustry a vybavení, pokoj super, vyhřívaná podlaha v koupelně byla top. Moc se nám líbil hotelový bazén, za nás zcela dostačující velikost a hlavně jsme tam byli pokaždé téměř sami.

Cons:

Zvolila bych jinou "vůni" u recepce, protože ta která tam teď je, tak s prominutím smrdí jako staroba. To bych upřímně být majitelem/provozovatelem změnila na nějakou třeba relaxační vůni, třeba levandule nebo tak. A taky by teda potěšilo u snídaně větší výběr jídla a pití s možností vybrat si i stůl. Pro 4* hotel by se určitě hodilo mít nějakou fajn samoobslužnou kafé mašinu a určitě přidat na výběru rautu. Úplně nám třeba chyběly palačinky, wafle, nějaká lepší nabídka zeleniny a ovoce. To by mělo podle nás byt v ceně snídaně a ne na objednání. Snídaně v ceně byly opravdu velmi skromné.
A možná by mohla být modernější sprcha v pokoji. Ta co tam je je taková trošku komunistická.
A dost nás překvapil poplatek za parkování. Platili jsme 600 kč za dvě noci... To je dražší než v Praze a nikdo to předem nekomunikoval.

Všechny tyto negativa píši s dobrou vírou, že se hotel pokusí je napravit. My jsme určitě nepřijeli naposledy :) Bylo to super!

No good choice for family
Pros:

Free entry to aquapark, location, nice building

Cons:

There is not enough staff for dinner. No good choice of dinner bufet.
Breakfast - no pancakes, nothing special.
Hotel is not kids friendly!

Nicht so zufrieden
Pros:

Die Lage und mit kleinen Einschränkungen das Frühstück.

Cons:

Standardzimmer ist nicht zu empfehlen. Relativ klein und eher normal ausgestattet. Auffallend war, dass das Personal wahrscheinlich bei voller Auslastung überfordert war. Nach Tee muss man beim Frühstück fragen, Alternativen wie Cappuccino oder Omelett werden nicht vom Personal angeboten. Zimmer war schnell aufgeräumt, aber nur Schulnoten 3. Apropos drei, oder vielleicht gerade so 4 Sterne, mehr war das nicht.
