kommen trotzdem gerne wieder in das Hotel Imperial

sehr schönes Hotel in super Lage

Cons:

da wir schon öfters in diesen Hotel waren,stellten wir fest,das am Abendessen sehr gespart wird und der Service muss es ausgleichen

Das Haus an sich, die Ausstattung war sehr. Die Kuranwendungen waren bis auf die Massage ( sanft eincremen kann ich auch zuhause haben) sehr gut.

Toller Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Tolles Gebäude, edles Treppenhaus! Das kleine Hallenbad, der Whirlpool und die Sauna machen das Hotel zu einer perfekten Unterkunft.

Cons:

Eine Klimaanlage wäre gut gewesen. Die Parkgebühren sind etwas hoch.

Pros:

Sehr enttäuscht gegenüber letzten Aufenthalt

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Suite mit Balkon gebucht und bezahlt.
Bekommen haben wir ein Doppelzimmer unter dem Dach für 3 Personen, ohne Balkon auf Nachfrage wurde uns erklärt das unsere Suite erst am nächsten Tag frei wird und man kann nichts machen.
Einfach nicht Hinnehmbar.
Beim Frühstück wird man am ersten Tag an seinen Platz für den gesamten Aufenthalt eingewiesen.
Am 2. Tag wurde uns erklärt das der Tisch nicht unser Tisch sei und hat uns erneut einen anderen Tisch zugewiesen.

Pros:

Krásné ubytování.
Misto standard pokoje jsme dostali vzhledem k obsazenosti superior plus s velkou terasou. V hotelu bylo úžasné ticho. Hotel leží přímo v parku,kousek od Aquaforum,kde máte volný vstup.
My využívali hotelový hotel i vířivku,kde jsme byli většinou sami:-)
Využívali jsme jen snídani, večeře tam maji předražené (670 Kč).
Na večeře jsme pak většinou chodili do restaurace Ida(nižší cena a kvalita). Restaurace Gruzie nás neoslovila(studená svíčková, hamburger nic moc.....)

Cons:

Vysoká cena večeři.
