I was lied to for 1.5 hours about who was responsible for cleaning the room told the room would be ready in 15-20 minutes every time I went to check. Told the front desk multiple times I had cold food in the valet that needed to be refrigerators and had I known I would be waiting 1.5 hours after the 3:00pm check in I would have not put it on the cart to be taken upstairs. Was told they would see what they could do but never did anything

Close to the arena.
Without being told we stayed in a suite belonging to an owner therefore we had no house cleaning, snacks, fresh towels. To make matters worse the shower was broken and it was never fixed.

Was excellent - having no casino was great. The location was spot on and free valet great
The glass door to the bathroom was not ideal when you have an early riser and a light sleeper

Comfort and location
It was not easy to find it. It was complicated to walk around the hotel and to the strip. The blinds were not very efficient and a lot of light was passing through the windows at night
