Great choice for staying in Tirana
Pros:

Centrally located, clean and comfortable room with everything one could need including a kitchen. The complex features a parking garage which came in handy. A lot of restaurants nearby.

Meraviglioso ed elegante appartamento al centro di Tirana
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere tutto a piedi. L’appartamento è nuovissimo, arredato con grande gusto e curato nei minimi dettagli, con un’atmosfera elegante ma allo stesso tempo accogliente.
La pulizia era impeccabile, la biancheria da bagno profumata e di ottima qualità. Ho apprezzato molto anche l’illuminazione, studiata con attenzione e capace di rendere gli ambienti ancora più piacevoli. La cucina è moderna, funzionale e ben attrezzata, mentre il balcone è un vero valore aggiunto.
Il letto comodo. Un soggiorno davvero perfetto, consigliatissimo.

Amazing location- the cafe downstairs have good coffee! The guy managing the units was very friendly and helpful! Property had everything I needed and it was safe and quiet. Loved my stay as a solo female traveler!

Like a luxury hotel the apartment was excellent with everything you needed handy.

Cons:

One small criticism when you used the shower it flooded the whole bathroom floor and wet the carpet in the adjoining room

Pros:

The apartment really looks like in the pictures, it was clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable and the provided coffee tasted really good. Also the host was super friendly, gave me a lot of recommendations and let me park longer in the garage. The TV came with Google TV so it was possible to watch Netflix which is really nice as well. I can totally recommend this place and would come back in the future :)

Pros:

Appartamento molto nuovo e ben ristrutturato nella zona centrale di Tirana. Pulito. Comodo parcheggio incluso nel soggiorno. Disponbilità di locali immediatamente sotto l'edificio per la colazione o un rinfresco. Proprietario cordiale, ci ha fornito via whatsapp utili indicazioni per visitare Tirana

Pros:

Our stay was excellent. The host was very kind and helpful, and even sent us useful local tips during our stay. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful balcony and the convenient parking space. The location was perfect — very central and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The only small downside was that the apartment was a bit noise-sensitive at times.
