The location was perfect. A block from Hollywood Blvd and restaurants. Easy walk to Hollywood Bowl
Room is clean, location very nice and front desk waiter pretty good 。
The entire design of the hotel has been well thought out from the Hollywood stars hallway to the spacious rooms with a huge smart tv, makeup lights and California king size beds! Location is just steps from Hollywood and Highland & the classic Mel's diner is just a road the street! I love that I found this gem of a hotel.

The floor was filthy my socks were black every day. I was there in the heat and needed the air con unit but it was really
Noisy and you have to sit right next to it on a chair to be able to get the air - there was no lift so you needed to carry your suitcase up the stairs
The shower didn’t come off the wall - some people don’t mind that
