Accogliente e centrale
Pros:

Camera nuovissima e pulitissima, arredata con stile. Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro. La proprietaria Eglė è molto gentile. Disponibile piccolo parcheggio privato. L’edificio si trova nella zona a traffico limitato, pertanto è necessario pagare una piccola tassa d’ingresso che può essere pagata anche successivamente.

Vi havde et 2 nætters ophold i Kaunas i In Room old town og beliggenheden var virkelig godt. Værtinden var meget venlig
Pros:

Logement confortable et bien placé mais communication à revoir
Pros:

Le logement est très bien situé, dans une rue calme en plein centre de Kaunas, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. L’appartement est propre, spacieux, avec une literie de très bonne qualité. Tout semble neuf, certains éléments ont même encore leurs plastiques d’origine. Le petit frigo est pratique et ajoute du confort.

Cons:

Il est surprenant que la bouteille d’eau et les capsules de café soient facturées à l’unité. Quelques éléments de décoration sont discutables (comme la grande statuette de chien doré). L’isolation sonore entre les chambres est également limitée.
Mais le principal problème concerne l’accueil : il n’y a aucune véritable consigne de bagages, et lorsque nous avons signalé que cela posait un souci, l’hôte a d’abord donné une réponse sèche, puis une réplique ironique (“vous n’avez qu’à les trimballer avec vous”).
Lors de notre appel pour clarifier le malentendu le ton est devenu agressif, avec des phrases comme “vous pouvez annuler” et “arrêter de parler”.
Cette attitude a rendu notre arrivée à Kaunas inutilement stressante et nous a obligés à transporter nos objets de valeur toute la journée. Cela a clairement impacté notre expérience et se reflète dans notre note finale. C’est un point à revoir absolument.
