Small room near the town
Pros:

Location; it's about a 12 minute walk from the town

Cons:

My twin room was small, and felt smaller because there were two armchairs which seemed unnecessary. The view was of the area where cars and vans were parked behind the building.

I was disturbed by other guests coming and going and didn't get a good night's sleep mainly because of the uncomfortable hollow fibre pillows and the brightness of the green exit light above the door.

A great place for a short stay
Pros:

We found this room ideal for a one night stay . The bed was very comfortable and access was easy.

Cons:

Our view was not if the sea.

Stylish and comfortable accommodation a short walk away from Berwick.
Pros:

Beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facilities. The shared lounge facilities were great and short walk into beautiful town of Berwick.

Cons:

As we were in room 1, we were woken up early on Sunday morning by a group of guests congregating in the lobby and chatting whilst filling out the guestbook. Perhaps this could be left in the lounge?

perfect for a luxury stay in a beautiful town
Pros:

Excellent location, beautiful building and room. Great views over Berwick, nice and quiet at nighttime but an easy walk into the town and all the amenities. Even managed to park our motorbike off the road and in front of the accommodation right under our window.
Enjoyed the shared dining room kitchenette, everything you need for the essentials and met some other guests and had a nice chat to them. Perhaps some instructions for the microwave would be useful! Handy Asda five minute walk away where we bought fresh croissants for breakfast!
Housekeeping ladies where very friendly and lots of opportunities to ask if you needed something via them or text message (not that there was anything we needed!).

Luxurious room but too much road noise.
Pros:

The room and washroom were beautiful.

Cons:

The room was so close to the road where cars drove incredibly fast so it was very noisy late at night. We thought it was a b and b and expected a proper breakfast in the morning which there was not. These boutique hotels are unstaffed and communication is only available online which is not convenient or safe.

Pros:

Craig and the Rob Roy staff I met were all very friendly and helpful. Craig sent me detailed information on the self entry system and kept in touch throughout my stay.

My room was stunning, very clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed including a fridge.

The location was perfect for accessing Berwick and the A1 to visit places of interest.

I loved the decor and downstairs communal room which guests could use.

Thank you so much very a wonderful stay.
