Comfortable, clean and very good value ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pros:

As soon as you walked into the entrance you could smell how clean it was , it was beautiful thought out in respects of colour, paintwork, carpets on entering.
Once in the room I was even happier, the room was gorgeous, and the bathroom was even better, all high end decor, fixings and finishes, bed was super comfortable, had time to waste on check out day and decided to strip the bed for the staff and was very happy to see the bed , quilt & pillows were also spotless ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cons:

The only thing I could negatively say about the property is that the outdoor area in the front of the apartments needs a little TLC , some , shrubs or flowers in the area they have for this was lacking but please that’s for Rob Roy’s attention and please don’t let this put you off visiting, I’d definitely return myself 🪴🌸🌳🌺🌿🪻🌷🤞💚

The perfect place for an overnight.
Pros:

Great central location. Very helpful instructions before and during our stay from Craig. We had everything we needed to make for an easy, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Very sweet little details like a wax seal on the toilet paper, biscuits/refrigerated water in the room and a magnifying mirror! Lovely Anniversary stay.

Nothing I can think of.

Very lovely and comfortable accommodation. Bathroom was stunning.
Pros:

The property itself is lovely, really nice style, very comfortable and lots of lovely details.

Cons:

The location is good in terms of walking distance to the town centre, great views across the river and also close to Spittal beach which is lovely. However on arrival I was a bit concerned about the location, the house next door is being refurbed and there were lots of youths hanging around, I think it’s probably an area that is experiencing a bit of a transition! However the property itself is great and the location was convenient, it was very quiet at night too and we had no issues at all.

Comfortable stop off on the way to Scotland.
Pros:

The self check in was very simple and easy to follow. The communal lounge and kitchen space was lovely. Our room was very clean, spacious with a super comfortable bed and the shower was also great. Plenty of parking at the front of the property.

Weekend on the Tweed
Pros:

The cleanliness, comfortable bed, great shower, plenty of room. Nice quiet area within walking distance of everything we wanted to see.

Perfect room in a nice place
Pros:

Everything. Room was of a very high standard in a good location with a view over Berwick. Lovely bathroom and massive bed. Great having a fridge as it makes things much easier. Easy check in process as well. Would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend.
