Good hot breakfast. This is a fairly new , modern hotel and decor.
Room setup. . has computer desk. Extra seating.
Comfy. Quiet. Good value

Cons:

Environment is a little stale, like an office building. Otherwise, nice clean and good value.

It’s centrally located. Rooms were clean and minimalistic

Cons:

So if you don’t pay for a “suite” you get no coffee maker or hair dryer. Be warned!

Pros:

No bedbugs and decent mattress

Cons:

Sheets were stained and hairs were on them. Pillowcases were stained. Room needed repairs to the wall and baseboards. I didn't have much confidence that the room had clean linens, even if the bed was made. No closet and no freezer compartment in the fridge.

Not a good place to stay.
Pros:

People up all night fighting and smoking pot. Seemed like hotel staff were always trying to put out fires but good grief, call the cops to keep control. Nothing to like here. As a single white female, I didn't feel very safe.
