The facilities were decent, but nothing special.
Pros:

The facilities are brand new, and the management was very accommodating, allowing for both an early check-in and a late check-out

Cons:

Same breakfast options everyday, however the nasi lemak was good.

Location & Accessibility:
The location is inconvenient as it is not within walking distance of public transport (bus/train stations) or convenience stores. Dining options are extremely limited, with only one café and one restaurant nearby.

Room Condition & Hygiene:
I found coffee stains on the table and hair from previous guests on the pillows and bed. Additionally, the bathroom has a design flaw where water constantly spills out onto the floor.

Amazing 😻
Pros:

Modern interior a new hotel a quiet location and very nice the stuff are very good helpful
And there is a girl called Ames she works in the reception she’s very helpful I called her before I travel and made a special request and they did everything and beyond my exception
And all the people there are very nice and they always smile and welcome you I would do it again for sure and stay in this hotel ❤️

Pros:

Brand new place, and you can tell everything is well maintained. Great comfortable room and gym was great.

Staff were excellent and customer service was 10/10.

Cons:

Would be great if there was a minimart below or in walking distance. Getting around on foot will be difficult but great if youre driving/taking grab. But this is just a minor issue
