În trecere pe Via Transilvanica am oprit o noapte la Bogdan, iar casa lui ne-a surprins peste așteptări! Camerele sunt restaurate si amenajate cu multă originalitate, ingeniozitate si confort, in foarte mici detalii cum nu gasesti decât extrem de rar. Bogdan ne-a răsfățat cu ospitalitatea lui, inclusiv cu un vin bun din partea casei, si cu recomandăril in zona. Recomandam casa lui ca pe o experiență autentică!

Stayed here for one night, hiking the VT with our two kids, but could have easily stayed here longer if we didn’t have anywhere to be! It had a very bespoke, rustic vibe: traditional furniture, tiled wood-burning, stoves, clawfoot tubs in each bedroom—all alongside record players, extensive book and LP collections, and high-end coffee makers in each room. There was a small detached kitchen to prepare meals if you’d like, although we took the host recommendation and eight at Luciei’s in the center of the village. There was a mishap with the hot water, but the host Bogdan walked us through it over the phone and we got it fixed. Shower was nice. Mattresses were nice. And the bottle of wine was delicious. Garden was green and the hammock was relaxing.

Unbelievable thoughtful house, design and great wine

Great place, very nicely renovated Saxon house, interior intellectually stimulating (books and LPs) as well as nice local craft, nice quiet village, great garden with a summer kitchen for the meals, breakfast and dinner can be ordered with Lucie in a house nearby, really excellent food!

The idyllic location was excellent and we liked the rustic interior. The outdoor spaces were perfect for a relaxing vacation. A good location for side trips. A very friendly experience with the host and neighbors.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus auf dem Land. Die beiden Zimmer waren gemütlich, sehr schön gestaltet und perfekt, um ein paar Tage abzuschalten und die Ruhe zu genießen. Besonders der Garten und die entspannte Atmosphäre haben den Aufenthalt für uns besonders gemacht. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und man merkt, mit wie viel Herz dieser Ort geführt wird. Ein echtes Highlight war außerdem das Abendessen bei Lucia – außergewöhnlich gut und für uns definitiv eines der besten Essen während unserer Reise durch Rumänien.

The view here is just amazing! The hosts were super friendly and made us feel like we were hanging out with old friends. The place was comfy and just perfect for chilling out. Definitely a spot we’d book again in a heartbeat!
