Rude Behaviour of Staff

Cons:

Their Staff’s Attitude. I got the call from their staff and was initially very rude. Being in hospitality the staff always be polite and helpful. But such manors i missed in the call of staff.

Good location just wont stay at this hotel
Pros:

The location was good 5min from the main tourist facilities

Cons:

The rooms had no hot water no room service the rooms had no heating or a/c it was do cold but to the owners appriaction he provied plenly of sleeping covers
