What makes us stay at the imperial cut above the rest is the personalized attention that each one of the employees offer their guests.
The property has an excellent location - close to everything. We enjoy the grounds of the property that are meticulously maintained. We especially enjoyed roaming around the new herb garden. Such a pleasure to see a kitchen garden thriving in the middle of Delhi.

La colazione e' ottima e in un ambiente molto piacevole. Pero' non c'e' mai nulla di nuovo, sono anni che i piatti sono gli stessi e addirittura disposti nello stesso modo. La cucina soddisfa tutte le richieste ma bisogna anche sapere cosa chiedere!

„While in India, one must visit the Taj Mahal and stay at The Imperial“ – diesem Satz kann ich nur uneingeschränkt zustimmen. The Imperial ist mit Sicherheit das beeindruckendste Hotel, in dem ich jemals war.
Das Personal war durchweg herausragend – aufmerksam, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit, wirklich 10/10. Die drei Restaurants waren allesamt exzellent, kulinarisch auf höchstem Niveau, und das Gesamtangebot aus Spa und Gym lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch den Fahrerservice: Sowohl die organisierte Fahrt inklusive Guide zum Taj Mahal als auch die sonstigen Chauffeur-Services waren perfekt organisiert und äußerst angenehm.
Ein weiteres Highlight war das beeindruckendste und umfangreichste Frühstücksbuffet mit Live-Cooking, das ich je in einem Hotel gesehen habe – eine wahre Freude, jeden Morgen dort zu starten. Insgesamt verkörpert The Imperial genau das, was die Website verspricht: ein ikonisches, luxuriöses Grand Hotel mit geschichtsträchtiger Atmosphäre, das einen Aufenthalt in Neu-Delhi wirklich unvergesslich macht.
Um ehrlich zu sein: gar nichts. Ich habe an diesem Hotel wirklich nichts auszusetzen – von der Atmosphäre über das Personal bis hin zum kulinarischen Angebot und den Services war alles rundum stimmig und auf höchstem Niveau.
