Wonderful stay feels like home!
Pros:

Stayed 2-bedroom unit unfortunately has to climb the tight stairs up to one bedroom & bathroom on level 1. It’s a lovely charming little courtyard hotel & love the location which is a few steps on to Nanluogu Alley. Service is friendly & fantastic!

Un hotel bellissimo in pieno centro storico!
Una piccola perla che ci ha lasciati con il fiato sospeso per la sua bellezza e la gentilezza di chi ci ha accolti. Il personale è infatti di una gentilezza disarmante, ci ha fatti sentire accolti e ci ha aiutato a gestire piccoli dettagli di viaggio che, quando stranieri, risultano complicati.

La "cerimonia del té" è imperdibile, non potete perdervela!

Pros:

Special truly magical location deep in the Hutong. Room was extremely well equipped and regularly cleaned. Excellent breakfast with wide selection of options and personalised traditional afternoon tea daily. We were sad to leave this hotel!

Everything was exceptional.

Pros:

La gentilezza, la disponibilità e l’accoglienza delle ragazze e’ fantastica! Ti senti accolto come in famiglia! La struttura è in una posizione centrale, proprio in una via molto caratteristica e piena di negozi.

Pode parecer exagerado mas vai ser difícil encontrar um hotel com melhor serviço que este. As funcionárias sempre disponíveis e com um sorriso na cara, genuinamente prestáveis, ajudaram a reservar autocarros, atrações, didis, com uma amabilidade que nos fez sentir muito bem vindos a este pais. Parabéns ao hotel por ter um staff tão competente! O quarto era óptimo, os espaços públicos do hotel são lindos e o terraço é espectacular. Os pequenos almoços belíssimos e a cortesia do chá da tarde e das boas vindas um toque especial que faz muita diferença. Vamos ter saudades de Pequim, mas mais ainda do Lezai. Um especial obrigado à Niki e à Lin que nos fizeram sentir em casa.
