Wonderful location, great services
Pros:

The property was very beautiful. All of the common spaces were very clean, comfortable and well designed. The main dining area was such a nice place to relax. It was in a great location and the staff offer many extra amenities. Good breakfast, special afternoon tea, free laundry service, an free beverages anytime. Very comfortable beds too!

Cons:

The room we stayed in needed a touch of TLC (tender love and care). The shower head had a lot of calcium buildup and the water pressure was very low also due to the neighboring room having a bathtub. The room also needed some touch ups on the chipped walls and tiles, and cleaning of the skylight. Overall we liked our stay and would recommend, but for the price of $200 a night I would expect the room to be a bit more put together.

We had such an enjoyable stay and definitely recommend this place
Pros:

The staff are so helpful. There is a 24 hour cafe where we have free soft drinks, coffee & tea as well as beer. The afternoon tea was fantastic and runs from 2pm to 9pm. We enjoyed having afternoon tea when we got back from a long day.

Las chicas del personal fueron muy amables y muy atentas. La decoración del hotel era preciosa. La habitación estaba totalmente equipada. El desayuno era poco variado pero estaba muy bueno. La ubicación es genial, está situado en una calle llena de tiendecitas y restaurantes y con bastante ambiente. La cama y las almohadas eran muy cómodas.

Cons:

La habitación tenía el techo demasiado bajo, mi marido tenía que entrar agachado al baño. La ducha no tenía prácticamente presión y tardabas muchísimo en poderte duchar. Tenía bañera pero el agua tenía tan poca potencia que llenarla era casi imposible. Entraba muchísima luz por el techo solar, tenía un estor para tapar las ventanas pero no las cubría por completo. A las 5 de la mañana la habitación estaba súper iluminada. No tenía ninguna neverita en la habitación. No cumplió con nuestras expectativas y no nos parecio buena relación calidad precio.

Peaceful enclave in the middle of the action!
Pros:

The breakfast!!! is so good! The location is great for first night arrival - beautiful Hutongs area. Easy to get around. And the hotel is so serene with lots of balconies and rooftop spaces to see over the neighborhood. The afternoon tea is so refreshing and they have an espresso maker for coffee all day long! The staff was very kind - they will even help do your laundry.
