1. I had made booking like 2 weeks ago and they gave us twin bed.. I insisted but they said no we dont have..
2. Breakfast was paid still they were asking for money and said no pay now cash. wasted my time and its not good to do this in front of everyone.

Pros:

Great ambience, personalised service through our guest relation executive Shikha who made special arrangements in our room for our 3 month old son's first staycation. She also made every effort to accommodate special requests from us and was very responsive throughout our stay. The breakfast spread and taste at the Spectra was spectacular.
