Lasted 10 minutes had to leave.
Pros:

I could not stay in this hotel. It is truly filthy and the photos are fake. Absolutely disgusting. Everything. I went to look at the room - the locks don’t even work. The sheets were filthy and smelly, there were dead cockroaches on the bathroom and the staff were dirty too.

I left after 10 minutes to stay in a decent place… bear in mind I only needed the room for 5 hours! Just somewhere to wash and freshen up but I didn’t even want to sit down in this hotel.

Pros:

Hotel is very close to the train station. Also Lobby was nice and the room clean. Friendly staff I got a large Welcome basket with extra snacks because I left before Breakfast at 7 AM.

Cons:

Airport Pickup was not possible also Breakfast starts at 7 AM. The pipeline from sink in the bathroom was leaking.

Dissapointing especially with the attiude of the staffs!
Pros:

The only good thing about the hotel was it is right infront of the New Delhi Railway station, and this is the exact reason why I chose this property.

2) The security staff was really helpful and nice.

3) They have a lift. I stayed with my father, so it was comfortable to use the lift.

Cons:

Although I stayed for one night only but still there were few problems.

1) The check-in process, it was delayed. Post 5 pm and they didnt have any room to offer. The communication was poor as there were several numbers mentioned you don't know whom to contact for the reconfirmation of the stay.

2) The housekeeping staff was standing there at the door for tip. Tipping is subject and depend on whether we like the service or not. Even giving away 20/- rupees should depend on the satisfaction of the service, we were compelled to tip.

3) The hotel is in interior so accessibility is the issue. The room picture shown in the booking.com is different then the room offered for the same category, Its misleading.

4) The room was dirty, the water glass in the room had foul smell. The bedsheet had hair. Overall it was not clean.

5) The breakfast was poor, just an omlette/ bread or paratha. The taste was also bad.

6) While booking the room on booking. com we availed the benefit of late checkout, but while confirming, they only extended 01 hour late check out. The hotel seemed to be empty they could have offer until 2 pm. which is the standard late checkout request with any hotel. For this one hour as well I had to request alot.

7) At the check out time, we were asked to review the hotel. I personally take review seriously, so giving stars and positive reveiw is depend on my opinion, the front office staff literally took the mobile and asking us to review at the reception. It was very irritating and uncomfortable, after wasting 10 mins I strongly told I will review it later when i will get time.

They also called us especially again after one day of check out to tell us to review. Why forcing the customer?

Personally coming from the UK maybe the standard is different but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
It was extremely dirty and uncomfortable.
The bedroom smelt of damp and had evidence of it on the walls. There was dust and dirt everywhere with stains and cracks up the walls. Towels were provided damp and dirty. We even requested additional bed sheets to wrap the pillows and to not sleep with the duvet/ or mattress on us due to stains. These were also marked with what looked like a red fluid. The bathroom had various leaks which constantly dripped and buckets were left under the shower and tap which overflowed several times in the two nights we were there. The bathroom is some sort of wet room with no real drainage apart from a small hole under the sink so it never actually dries out in the bathroom or clears of water post a shower. The pictures may look like the room but they are not reflective of the standard or cleanliness of the place and present it far better than it was. The aircon does work - however you wouldn’t want to turn it off or not have the fan on due to the smell and stuffiness of the room. Window on looks a building site. Don’t be fooled by the pictures which look far more modern, clean and polished.

Pros:

This Hotel is a great choice for staying near Central Delhi. It is located near New Delhi Railway Station and Chandni Chowk, it’s in the Paharganj area with easy access to food, transport, and all essential services. Rooms were comfortable, food service is good, and the overall stay was great for me. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travellers!
