Es war sehr hellhörig im Zimmer und auch sehr hell, da ein Oberlicht über der Tür zum Flur eingebaut ist. Der Manager war beim Checkout sehr aufdringlich.

I booked and paid for 2 superior rooms, only to be told on arrival they only had 1 room, for me my partner and our friend to share. I HAVE EMAILED BOOKING. COM TWICE FOR A FULL REFUND FOR THE ROOM I PAID FOR THAT I DID NOT GET, AND STILL HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED A RESPONSE, UTTERLY SHOCKING AS I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS. BOOKING IS NO LONGER A COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS
