Cons:

Room completely dirty. The shower mat was black from dirty shoes. The shower tap was broken, the grips were coming off and it was impossible to wash because only boiling water was coming out. When we went to bed, the sheets were stained red. The staff came, looking annoyed, to change them, but those were stained red too. It was a nightmare!!!
Furthermore, the staff were overly insistent about asking for a review right in front of them, putting you in an awkward position regarding speaking the truth about your stay.
