Pros:

One of the cleanest and most comfortable apartments I’ve stayed in. Everything was new, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. A perfect choice for couples or families.

Это частные номера в огромном гостиничном комплексе с другим названием. Ресепшн располагается в одном из номеров. В день приезда на телефон не отвечали. Паркинга нет. По прибытии сообщили, что бронирование невозможно, потому что Booking не работает. В связи с этим бронирование не состоялось. Предположу, что с наплывом туристов у владельцев появилась возможность сдачи номеров по более высоким ценам. Менеджер или собственник, я так и не понял, был очень раздражен, создал очередь и не реагировал на посетителей. Занимался своими делами. После моего вопроса сказал, что мне нужно обратиться в Booking. Все проблемы у них. Планы были скорректированы и мы покинули отель. Желаю успехов и процветания этому "отелю". Если вы путешествуете не на автомобиле и не имеете возможности гибко корректировать свои планы, крайне не рекомендую данное заведение!!!

Остановились в этом отеле, но, к сожалению, впечатления остались неприятные. В номере не было ни подушек, ни полотенец. Мы несколько раз обращались с этим вопросом, но нам просто не отвечали. Отдельно хочется отметить администратора — очень грубое и нервное отношение к гостям, постоянно цокал и разговаривал с недовольством. За всё время моих путешествий я впервые столкнулась с таким сервисом. Не рекомендую.

the person in charge of the department is very rude, unhelpful. unpolite. he took extra money to give me the key of the aprtment. he refused to give me invoice. the aprtment is not clean. covers are very dirty. no kitchen tools even no one spoon. I fighted to get some staff for aprtment. I am not recommending this aprtment.

Wir haben dieses Hotel für vier Nächte gebucht und sind mit unserer Familie nach nur einer Nacht wieder ausgezogen.

Ankunft war um 14:30 Uhr. Trotzdem mussten wir zuerst eine Stunde warten, weil die Zimmer nicht fertig waren. Danach bekamen wir ein Zimmer, das gerade erst geputzt wurde. Zum zweiten Zimmer hatten wir zunächst keinen Zugang. Als wir schließlich hinein konnten, war auch dieses noch nicht gereinigt. Aus den versprochenen 10 Minuten wurden wieder fast eine Stunde. Unsere Zimmer konnten wir erst gegen 18:30 Uhr beziehen – der erste Urlaubstag war damit komplett verloren.

Die Kommunikation lief nicht über Booking, sondern ausschließlich über WhatsApp und Viber. Der beworbene Parkplatz existierte ebenfalls nicht.

Am schlimmsten war jedoch die Aussage eines Mitarbeiters: Wir haben die Zimmer zu günstig gebucht. Erhalten haben wir sie nur, weil jemand aus unserer Gruppe Georgisch spricht. Andere Gäste wurden weggeschickt, da man die Zimmer teurer weiterverkaufen konnte. Eine bestätigte Reservierung ist hier also nichts wert zu.

Als Krönung roch ein Badezimmer stark nach schwarzem Schimmel, im zweiten Bad war Schimmel hinter einer Schublade sichtbar.
Die Bilder in der Anzeige haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun.

Absolut unprofessionell, unhygienisch und nicht vertrauenswürdig. Nie wieder.

Our experience at Orbi City Apartment was very disappointing. The price we booked through Booking was not honored upon arrival. The staff said the Booking price was not their responsibility and demanded a higher price. They were rude, ignored our questions, and acted as if they couldn’t hear us while we were trying to discuss the issue. Since it was too late to book another stay, we had no choice but to pay.

The apartment was not clean, basic amenities such as towels and toilet paper were not provided, and many essential items were missing. I would not recommend staying here.
