Escapade dans un cadre inoubliable
Pros:

L'emplacement était parfait avec une magnifique vue sur le Douro.
Le petit-déjeuner varié et avec des produits de qualité.
La gentillesse de tout le personnel de l'hôtel.
La piscine extérieure.

מלון מקסים, עם נוף מהמם שנשקף מהחדר. חדרים נעימים וחדישים. ספא קטן הכולל בריכה מחוממת וסאונה יבשה ורטובה. נהננו מסדנת טעימות יין בשעה 17:00 בבר המלון (חינם).ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. הצוות אדיב מאוד ושירותי באופן יוצא דופן. השף הכין מנה לבקשת חברתי בארוחת הערב שלא הייתה בתפריט.

Cons:

כמעט הכל מושלם, המסעדה לארוחת הערב יפה ומשקיפה לנוף, המנות מעוצבות ומיוחדות, המנות טובות, אך לא מאוד מאוד טעימות. תמורה פחות טובה למחיר היקר.

Fui só de fim de semana, mas com vontade de voltar e ficar mais tempo para aproveitar.
Pros:

Localização fantástica, com uma vista de cortar a respiração.
Bom pequeno almoço, ovos feitos ao momento, e muita variedade de opções.
Quarto com uma dimensão boa e bastante confortável.

Cons:

Empregados bastante prestáveis, muito simpáticos com os hóspedes, mas durante um dos pequenos almoços, estavam dois a criticarem algumas situações. Num hotel com esta categoria, não se pode admitir tal comportamento.

Emplacement magnifique, service irréprochable, personnel très prévenant, excellent rapport/ qualité prix pour la prestation hôtelière

La qualité de la restauration était irréprochable, mais la quantité de certains plats trop « légère »
