Uma estadia inesquecível, com uma vista maravilhosa, atendimento impecável do inicio ao fim!

Tivemos uma estadia incrível na Quinta do Barrilhário. O lugar é maravilhoso, com uma vista espetacular para o Douro — especialmente do nosso quarto, que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial.

Toda a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa, simpática e cuidadosa durante a nossa estadia. Desde a chegada até o último momento, fomos muito bem recebidos.

As instalações são lindas, o ambiente é tranquilo e a paisagem é simplesmente inesquecível. Foi uma experiência incrível e certamente um dos pontos altos da nossa viagem pelo Douro. Voltaria sem pensar duas vezes!

No geral o hotel é muito bom e os funcionários são muito atenciosos.

Cons:

O que gostamos menos foi do serviço demorado no restaurante (compreendemos que era época alta e que não teriam funcionários suficientes) e da localização da piscina, sendo desconfortável o vento.

Beautiful views
Pros:

The hotel is modern in a beautiful setting. Not many rooms means it’s not over crowded. Rooms are nice and their balcony’s are lovely facing north so they stay shaded and cool. Staff are helpful and the wine tasting was fun!

Cons:

Expensive. Restaurant was average

Fantastisch hotel. Wij hebben een van de grootste kamers geboekt en dat was heerlijk ruim en sfeervol met uitzicht. Personeel zeer servicegericht en zwembad en spa is precies goed.

Cons:

Eten restaurant is niet heel bijzonder. Kaart bij de bar is een ruime voldoende.

Très bon séjour dans une bonne ambiance.
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant et efficace. Bon petit déjeuné. Site et extérieures magnifique. Belle piscine de natation sur la terrasse supérieure.

Cons:

Salle de bains très ouverte, matériel bas de gamme, pas d'isolation phonique entre les wc et la chambre.

Localizaçao fantastica
Pros:

Hotel com instalaçoes bonitas, quarto confortavel e zona de piscina agradavel. Equipa muito atenciosa e simpática. Spa fantástico, as massagistas sao muito profissionais. Prova de vinhos interessante e agradável.

Cons:

No entanto é evidente que necessita com urgencia de mais staff. Apesar de a equipa ser muito prestável e fazer o melhor que pode, nao há pessoal suficiente para dar um serviço ao nivel de um hotel de 5 estrelas, tanto ao pequeno almoço, como na zona da piscina, mas sobretudo ao jantar. A comida é deliciosa, mas o hotel claramente não tem pessoal suficiente para dar a atençao minima aos clientes. Um especial agradecimento ao Ricardo, que apesar do serviço caótico ao jantar, foi muito atencioso e extremamente educado e permitiu que tivessemos uma experiencia mais agradável.
A wi-fi também precisa de uma melhoria, uma vez que o portal captivo free falha muitas vezes.
