Located in guilez area its a new build. Good safe location. Few cafes around the area and a lovely little local kitchen opposite making fresh msemen . Great stay. Clean place and value for money .

This is a wonderfully clean, perfectly located accommodation. The staff, from the reception to the cleaning crew—provide excellent services.
The rooms/ apartments are very recently build and exactly like the photos on Booking, not unimportant for us, as other places can be misleading, this one is defintely not.

No request is too much trouble for the staff—our sincere thanks for that. They also treated our mother with such kindness and attentiveness ;-)

We liked it so much we extended our stay, and we will be back probably soon again next week:-)

One extra thank you to the lovely ladies at the reception, Youness and our very sweet cleaning woman Fatiha.

Cons:

One little tiny issue was with our toilet flush, but that was just bad luck.
