Pros:

We ve stayed here 3 times now, we like the area with lots of cafes and bars and is only a short walk to the beach.
Handy for the airport bus or taxi.

Literie confortable, transports en commun a proximité

Cons:

Pas d’insonorisation. On a pris deux chambres pas de terrasse sur l'une et sur l’autre pas de vue entre 4 murs. Coin commun petit pour le nombre de chambre.

Recomendo muito a habitação
Pros:

Muito bom o quarto e a casa. Ar condicionado, TV, banheiro próprio bem limpo. Tudo para uma ótima noite de sono.

Cons:

A única coisa que poderia melhorar é a localização ser mais próxima a praia da malagueta que é a mais movimentada. Mas existe Mercadona perto, kebab... Muito boa acomodação

The room was spotless, but seeing how beautiful the city was, I realized I'd made a mistake choosing accommodation so far away. Additionally, it was a complete neighborhood, with people shouting from door to door, crying babies, and neighbors arguing at night – it was a rather unusual experience.

Would recommend, everything is just as described
Pros:

Everything was just as described. The room was really nice, perfect for two of us. The little terrace is also lovely. The communication with the owner was easy and fast.
