Authentic nature surrounded by great people!
Pros:

The staff and accommodations were so very perfect for our family. Each bungalow was clean with great views of the river. Villa Cocoa was great for the two girls with separate rooms and the dipping pool and hammock on the roof. My husband and I were nextdoor at Villa Jade which had a Jacuzzi tub, King size bed, and convenient to the cafe for meals and smoothies. The breakfast was great and authentic. The chocolate and coffee tour was really fun and very educational. We loved the staff! Caesar, Minar, Porfi?, and Lei at the cafe, along with all the workers remodeling and at the farm really made us feel welcome! Thank you 😊

Cons:

The only thing that you might want to consider would be the season. We went in the low season,rainy, as we expected. It is the rain Forrest after all, but we had quite a bit of problems keeping our camaras dry and defogged. There are so many wildlife photography options that I want to return when it's a little drier and we can stay longer. We loved it!

Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider extrem laut, wegen der Straße, über die die ganze Nacht die Trucks fahren. Wir haben deshalb sehr schlecht geschlafen und das ist für den Preis ärgerlich. Das Frühstück war okay, aber auch da hatten wir deutlich besseres woanders bekommen. Schade.

Lugar bonito con mucha vegetación. Los tour de cacao y café que ofrecen están muy bien. Muy buen desayuno.

Pros:

El lugar es super bonito. Las cabañas muy cómodas, aunque el precio un poco alto. El personal muy amable, el desayuno muy rico, el camino por el tour de cacao es lindo.

Beautiful location overall, and an authentic cocoa farm. The staff is very helpful and the chocolate making workshop is excellent!

- direkt auf der Chocoladenfarm gelegen
- die Schokoladentour war super
- das Frühstück war toll und die Aussicht in den Dschungel ist wunderschön und man sieht viele Tiere
- es gab sogar selbst gemachte Schokolade bei der Ankunft
- das Personal war großartig und sehr herzlich

- die Straße hört man etwas und in den Ort braucht man für abends ein Auto

Pros:

Un bungalow face à la nature avec en prime un rooftop et une petite piscine. Superbe !
Le personnel est absolument adorable et les petits déjeuners délicieux.

Cons:

Dommages les équipements de la cuisine et du bungalow sont très sommaires ! On aurait apprécié pourvoir suspendre nos serviettes de toilette par exemple.

1) Our villa Cacao was not made of wood like on hotel photos, it was metal sheets construction. So rainy night was noisy because of metal roof.
2) For 188 dollars breakfast (2 eggs in omelette and tiny pieces of fruits) is a robbery.
3) In our villa “hot tub” was a cold giant bathtub. All photos attached.
4) breakfast served at 8am. Imho it is too late.
The garden is beautiful, people are nice. But unfortunately it is overpriced place.
