Nope-will not recommend to stay.
Pros:

The receptionist,when we checked in, was friendly (was not able to ask her name) the other receptionist was not as friendly.

Cons:

Stained wall specially in the bathroom, size of room and bed was small for an advertised double king (booked it for first night). Mini bar consists of a thermos and 2 bottles of water only. No socket beside the bed as advertised-had to use the ledge by the window for the socket.Horrible window view.Aircon weak-had to use rusted electric fan.See photos.

Le logement avait une odeur horrible ce n’est vraiment pas pareil que sur les photos mais vraiment pas la chambre est toute petite aucune fenêtre on entend le bruit des canalisations toute la nuit j’ai trouver des cheveux des saletés dans le lit le sol très sale ce n’est pas une vrai douche et j’ai trouver énormément de fourmis dans la sale de bain et dans la chambre je lui est montré elle m’a dit désolé c’est tout

I had a great stay
Pros:

The staff were great! Very friendly and helpful. The location is good as it is close to the beach and there are plenty of shops and restaurants close by.

Cons:

Construction noises early in the morning but that's a problem everywhere atm.

酒店的位置离沙滩很近，步行几分钟？

Cons:

房间窗外就是正在施工，早上7点就开始，非常非常吵。然而入住的时候酒店并没有告知我们这个情况。而且也不打扫房间。

Decent stay
Pros:

Location great, plenty to do locally, great bars and restaurants close-by. Beach just a few minutes walk. Air conditioning was great.

Cons:

Bed uncomforrtbly hard. Room in need of redecoration. Basic facilities.

Ok stay for the price, would not recommend
Pros:

Location was good, so was the price.

Cons:

Bathroom was miniscule, mini fridge was unstocked yet we were told it would be stocked. We had a cockroach as a roommate.

Pros:

The area is lively and international and it’s close to the beach

Cons:

The room with its window and view was different than suggested from the pictures on Booking and also from information from the hotel. Communication with the staff did not work and costed time and energy

Very nice affordable stay. It seems all of Da Nang has tiny ants everywhere, so that isn’t an indictment on Silana Hotel

for the price, quality and location, i'd stay here everytime!
Pros:

amazing location, super affordable price. we left a hoodie and they were able to get it back to us even if we've been checked out for days already.

Cons:

our door won't close properly sometimes but it had a chain lock from the inside so it wasn't that much of a big deal.
